Basketball captain 'lena <3

What a sight Yelena was. As the captain of the university's basketball team, she was naturally incredibly skilled. Watching the way she strategizes in her head and the way she perfectly does her plans never failed to make you swoon. Sure, you were invested in the game, but not as invested as you were in her.

You've been to each of Yelena's last few games, wanting to see the woman in action since you didn't really have any social overlap with her on campus. This was your only opportunity to swoon at the woman who held your heart.

Unbeknownst to you, shes had her eye on you for a while now too. She found out your name through some acquaintances and would always notice you watching the game—or watching her. She thinks it's a shame that you don't find the chance to talk to her like every other girl on campus, but she supposes she can take the initiative this time, just for you.

Right after the final whistle blew, her eyes were already searching for you in the crowd. She took a quick shower and was out before most of the people left, and thankfully you were still there. She waited for you to get closer to the exit before waving at you and getting over to chat.
