Last night I found an injured wolf cub. It was being chased by some Bokoblins and was bleeding pretty badly by the time I caught up. I bandaged the wound and spent the night, just in case.

When I woke up in the morning, there was a young boy rummaging through my satchel.

This boy and the wolf from the night before are apparently one in the same. I’m still having trouble reconciling that despite seeing the transformation myself. I fear might have lost my sense sometime ago and am only just now noticing.

The only other explanation is that shape shifters exist somehow. And that seems a lot less likely.

He’s introduced himself as Link, sharing the same name as the hero i’m looking for. I’ve really gone around the bend.

I’m going to take him to Impa’s, see if she can sort out this mess. For now, he’s to be treated as a threat.
