as you probably saw, this blog hasn't updated for a while.

truth be told, i've distanced myself away from kinning due to identity issues for a few years now, it rly just lead to a huge downward spiral for my mental health a while back with the worrying "this isn't what they'd do" and "why don't i look like they do" which. is pretty bad for the mental. i kinned tom since i was a teenager (15) and stopped a few years ago at 20, and i'm 23 now.

i'm keeping this blog up and might reblog some eddsworld stuff here, but as of now (well, 3+ years), i don't kin tom anymore - or anyone, really! i've been focusing on myself and working through identity issues that i'm still dealing and coming to terms with years down the line.

this isn't a hate post towards people who kin tom/eddsworld characters, i still think you're valid! the kinning community and the concept of kinning isn't just really for me anymore.

like i said, blog's still staying up (bcs i spent WAY too much time on it and making it look aesthetically pleasing to delete it) and i think tom is more of a comfort character to be now. might just call it an archive or something, but i'll reblog art and posts that look cool and aesthetically fit this blog.
