Prints I made for the Boston show of Bug Hunter and The Narcissist Cookbook! Based on “Ichard Noir” and “The Vulgar Tongue,” both from their songwriting podcast Jam Mechanics. (It’s a delight. Give it a listen)

Had so much fun with these, though the Vulgar Tongue print had a lot of trouble hand-printing with some fine details getting lost, so I want to try again on a press.

Made this in Procreate for my very first animation class and it was one of the first projects with sound I ever completed (not that the sound is synced well! since I drew separately and added sound in iMovie). I loved this so much at the time and ever since I've really want to remake it, maybe with charcoal on paper. The ideas are there but not executed well, and I still love this song so much (Not Entirely Alone by @narcissistcookbook).
