It’s because he’s tired. The babies also like to kick a lot because they’re running out of room. It’s almost time for them to be born. I’d almost say around the start of the new year.

Well, mon petit, Artie is very grumpy and very tired because of the babies he’s carrying. Sometimes he doesn’t even want to play with me because of his moods. It’s best not to bother him too much.
That is very sad that he won't play with you. My Mum and Father play all the time and kick me out of the room. I have to play with the snakes or build up my mice armies to scare the humans I know. It's sad when the people close to you don't want to play. It's not fair.
