a WIP of my Riot of Rot entry this year, Effigy of Decay (or Decay Effigy). If it doesn’t win, I’ll probably throw it out as a series and make a recolor or two. it’s an accent (I haven’t tested it yet), but I’ll tweak some things if I have to so it won’t become a skincent.

so I rarely write lore, but I was struck with some ideas for my bogsneak/imp pistachio ice cream pair (their colors are literally pistachio/pistachio/ice and pistachio/pistachio/cream lmao)

the imp boy was an ice cream maker, but he created really super weird flavors that nobody was into, so after such a long time of people never buying his ice cream, he decided to do away with all of it by melting it down the drain.

however, something unforseen happened when he did this: the melted ice cream formed a chilly soupy swamp (as melted ice cream tends to do), and the magic he imbued in his desserts sparked to create an ice cream swamp bogsneak!

so together the imp boy and his bogsneak lady creation work together to make weird gross ice cream combos that spawn into little pistachio bogsneak babies

but yeah, tell me this girl’s neck doesn’t look like some yummy vanilla softserve:
