So.. Etsy removed my BARBIE swimsuit, stating that it was of intellectual property infringement from the Mattel Corporation, after Mattel complained about it. But… hey my cousin's name is Barbie.. maybe I named the suit in her honor. So, for them to take off my Barbie bathing suit… it's not even the same font as the Barbie Doll slogan. It was a place

Of eccentric grace

As one would enter inside its domain

Temple dogs of a Siam empire

No longer in the name of private buyer

My stone Abby lived on baccarat and champaign

The Temple Dogs where the most magnificent creatures we have ever owned. They were made out of one solid piece of Siamese Rosewood; where inside their mouths were carved wooden balls laced with tiny glass mosaic tiles. (But were carved from one piece of wood, and the balls could never be removed.) To the left was the male; which had his genitalia carved in real form. And to the right, was the female, who also had her genitalia carved to look real; beautifully phallic. Quite interesting to see in the sculpture. The right (female) emanated love and generosity. The male (on the left) symbolize power and protection. The two of them together moved worlds; and you could actually feel their energy when you were next to them and passed by them.

Our home was lavished with antiquities and these two items were one of them. Originally the statues came from the Temple in Siam, which is now Thailand; belonging to an Emperor I will never know. Eventually we brought them to the States and through gifted hands we placed them in front of our foyer; before you entered inside the home.

You cannot really see the detail, but their entire bodies were covered in small half inch mosaic colorful glass tile. And laced with 14K gold paint. They stood about 5'6" high, and were the most exquisite beasts I have ever seen. These items were sold in our auction many years ago. So if anyone sees these or actually comes across them, please connect with me.
