Gurudwara Bangla Sahib in Delhi, 2014
Visited, but beautiful pond was found cleaning... So next time to visit
Sikh house of worship, in Delhi, India, Gurudwara is situated near Connaught Place, New Delhi on Baba Kharak Singh Marg (source;wikipedia)
It was Nov 2014, one of my senior colleagues asked me to accompany her to visit Gurudwara during lunch break. Receiving prasad from her was very common to us but, suji ka halwa with ghee makes me think that is also prasad from Gurudwara in spites of being prepared from home.
Traditional jaggery making from sugarcane by villagers in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
Uttar pradesh is known for largest sugarcane producer in India. It is previledge for me to witness traditional Gurr or jaggery making during my training visit. Looking back those days, going for training to village was skeptic as well as fun. Interacting with groups of women and children from villagers always give me better insights of the villages besides their farming life.
