Behold, the power of blocking! I blocked the left end of the scarf to see the lace pattern and check length. I then finished knitting the right side of the scarf. May we never doubt the power of blocking again!
Here’s the real lesson. I only kind of know how a gun works, but I think it has to do with something being shoved in there. And it’s stuck behind something else that’s really stuffed in there good. Vegetarian tuna noodle casserole. Used chickpeas and mushrooms instead of tuna, and threw a little Old Bay on top for Realistic Ocean Type Flavor.
Why yes, I do think I will knit lace and watch a "Criminal Minds" marathon today.
Every day, Atticus glares at the sun and shakes his fist. As the equinox approaches, he has begun screaming out, “YOUR TIME IS ALMOST OVER, OLD MAN!”
Welp, time to walk to work.
This was my ill-fitting orange sweater. After de-kinking, another go.
Makin' chutney.

I generally loathe purple (except eye shadow), but suddenly those two matte nails look really good. Hm.
So I'm watching Reservoir Dogs for the first time, and something about Mr. Orange keeps reminding me of something...
