LAST little prep sketch for a bigger piece (AND SERIES)incoming…sooo fucking excited i’ve been so into ornamentation and embellishment especially as it pertains to natural forms. always in shock and awe at how older art so beautifully incorporates so many things into small elements like text boxes or borders (nother can of worms). i have so fucking many of these to do and then i have to make prints oh lord help me

OKAY NEXT i had extra space on my postcard page so i made cutesy smokestack bookmark. been thinking a lot about smokestacks….big imposing belchers of the earth that exist artificially and naturally..waowow!

otay now two postcards i made as a class assignment w my own drawings based off of observations from a local conservatory….very fun very good…back is riso printed but it’s a design i had for a martinaise postcard i made last year but didn’t get a back 💔 i have 2 actually mail a card to myself as part of the assignment but uhhhh…let me know how to do that 🤔🤔
