PMSing. Here comes the c/s.
120 pound 26 year old from before that's down from 130-sorry I didn't mean to bait you. It wasn't my intention. I more or less just wanted your opinion since I like your blog. I wasn't aiming to make you look bad or anything and I didn't mean to write so much but it's hard to explain. I am 5' 6'' if you wanted my height. I know all thin famous people (models etc) are like 100-115. I want to be 97-100. And my BF is in the average range, but I want athlete range, and I hate it.
I see, I don’t think my opinion really matters anyway because it’s your desire and motivation to reach a healthy weight that matters in the end. Urm okay I just put in your numbers into a BMI calculator and your BMI is 19.4. If you reach a weight of 100-115, you’ll be around a BMI to 16-18.6. This BMI range is not healthy as most of it is in the underweight to borderline underweight range. I don’t know what your perception is of your own body but you are objectively not fat(you are thin) and I don’t think you should lose anymore weight. I feel like you should take some time to regulate your self image better and spend more time at your current weight to adjust to your body. You are around average height for a woman and close to a BMI that men tend to consider attractive(which is around 19). I dunno if it would help, but maybe you could take up weightlifting and taking more protein in your diet as that can help you to build some muscle and give your body a toned shape. While it is true that some famous models are a BMI of 16-18, this is not healthy and the reason they do so is for their career only and/or that they are unaware of the risks(or they don’t care). The successful ones tend to make sure they have a very balanced diet and may take multivitamins so that they don’t become malnourished at their weight and bf %. They are only aiming to look like a human coat hanger, mere perfomance pieces for the clothes they wear for the designers who hire them. They exist to look like a uniform human structure, so that potential customers who see them can imagine themselves in the clothing easier and that the clothing can look as best as possible, without any unexpected bumps and lumps that may come with human body fat variations. Also, insta girls tend to become a healthier weight once they become famous as there is not as much pressure to be very thin and they can just be more like themselves and carve their own image.EDIT: I forgot to include a BMI calculator link so you can calculate your own BMI.
Ugh, why do people think eating unhealthy food/getting fat is a joke and/or funny? The U.K. has recently had a lot of snow (a lot by U.K. Standards anyway) and one of the people I follow on Facebook posted a picture of a fat barbie (double chin and all) captioned "Snow Days." And I'm just like 'so you're joking about how you just sat inside and ate shit on those days?' This person is apparently on Slimming World as well. I just cringe at that stuff. Unhealthy eating isn't funny.
What’s interesting about that is that FAs claim to be triggered by that sort of shit because ‘getting fat’ or ‘letting yourself go’ isn’t supposed to be a negative thing you joke about or some bs like that. I’m kind of meh now with most people actually being lighthearted about letting themselves go during snow days or the holidays because I know some FAs will go apeshit over that and cry, but also because some people will eat unhealthily during the holidays but will make up for it afterwards by healthily restricting calories and reaching their pre-holiday weight again. It’s more like there are people who go “omg I’m gonna go ‘fat girl/guy’ and eat like a pig today but I’ll obvs make up for it during the rest of the week but I won’t publically say that ofc.”
My 600 lb Life: Robert’s Story
Part 1: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6fi1no Part 2: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6fi1np
It isn’t just total body mass that has an impact on life expectancy - number of years spent obese also increases risk of obesity-related ailments.
Robert faced an uphill battle against his 800+ lb body, which had been ravaged by over two decades of super-morbid obesity. It proved fatal. If you think you’re perfectly healthy being obese or that others won’t be affected by your size, watch this episode and think again. Obesity kills.
If you’re having difficulty finding clothes that fit because of your size, it’s time to lose weight. That top looks like it’s from Calico Corners.
This is so sad. :( I hope she gets better.
A light evening snack. Around 200 calories for the whole batch! #fatlogic
Be honest about the number of calories in your diet. You can’t lose weight living in denial.
Oh my god, they’re probably closer to 200 each

Coconut Oil Mono Fasting
Lose high amount of weight while being on a fast (even for 1 day)
Water
Coffee /without sugar, milk
Green Tea
2 tbsp. Coconut oil (234kcal) or more if u can. Dont worry about the calories. You’ll lose the more you consume.
You lose approx. 1-2kg pr day. (2-4lbs.)
Pure organic coconut oil will make your body go into ketosis and this is the main reason of the fast weightloss. The benefits on this fast is that it’ll make you feel full.
Start slow though. Make sure you spread the amount of coconut oil throught the day.
If the coconut oil fast is too much for you do it for one day only and switch to another keto mono diet the next day. Good luck!
Facts
Coconut oil boosts your metabolism by increasing energy expenditure, raising basal body temperatures, and accelerating the loss of other fats inside the body.
A higher metabolism means that we burn calories at a faster rate, leaving fewer calories to be converted to fat.
You don’t consume any carbs on this fast. What happens then? You immediately burn fat without trying.
Or you could eat a regular keto diet and not feel miserable?
Or eat a raw vegan diet for a little while and not go into ketosis but be able to eat lots and get plenty of nutrients
Or just water fast and not take in the calories
This just seems pretty miserable unless you really like coconut
Someone: you know you actually GAIN weight when you don’t eat, your body enters starvation mood and turns food int-
Me, losing 3 pounds a day while eating nothing:
If you’re an average height woman and work a desk job and work out minimally you do not need 2000 calories a day. That is merely the default for nutritional labels, not the minimum calories humans need. Get educated about your energy needs. You will not die from eating ‘too little’ or become malnourished by eating a more appropriate (lower) calorie intake if you need to. You will not go into starvation mode, that’s utterly ridiculous and is based on no science. 1500 calories is plenty for some people, 1200 is plenty for others, and some people need much more if they have active jobs or lifestyles. Nutrients and minerals are proportional too. A smaller body needs fewer nutrients, proportionally. Don’t head this advice by eating 800 calories a day, but it’s ok (and usually ideal) to eat under 2000 calories a day for the vast majority of women.
Look up how many calories you need to maintain, lose, or gain weight appropriately based on your stats. Don’t just mimic what another blogger’s intake is. You will not get their body if you eat the exact same way if they’re an avid runner and a waitress and you work a desk job and do yoga.
Do you.
Here you can learn how many calories you should eat to lose, maintain and gain weight.

FA myth 4
Fat and healthy.
You can not be both fat and healthy.
For those fat activists who do not underestimate the amount of exercise they do…
There is something called metabolically healthy obesity.
It is defined as “having a BMI of more than 30 without having metabolic syndrome”.
Possible features of MHO are
Waist circumference
Blood pressure
cholesterol,
Blood sugar levels
Insulin resistance
Physical fitness
However a study group led by researchers at Imperial College London and the University of Cambridge says that even with MHO, there is still an increased risk compared to those with a healthy weight.
Scientists used data from more than half a million people in 10 European countries – taken from the European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition (EPIC) – to show that excess weight is linked with an increased risk of heart disease, even when people have a healthy metabolic profile.
“Our findings suggest that if a patient is overweight or obese, all efforts should be made to help them get back to a healthy weight, regardless of other factors. Even if their blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol appear within the normal range, excess weight is still a risk factor,” says lead author Dr Camille Lassale, from Imperial’s School of Public Health and now based at University College London.
Dr Ioanna Tzoulaki, from Imperial’s School of Public Health, said: “I think there is no longer this concept of healthy obese. If anything, our study shows that people with excess weight who might be classed as ‘healthy’ haven’t yet developed an unhealthy metabolic profile. That comes later in the timeline, then they have an event, such as a heart attack.”
A study by the European Association for the Study of Obesity- the authors found that, compared to normal weight individuals with no metabolic abnormalities, individuals with MHO had a 50% increased risk of CHD; a 7% increased risk of cerebrovascular disease and a doubled risk of heart failure, after taking into account demographics and smoking behaviour.
Also, the more metabolic abnormalities, the higher the CVD risks. Eg, compared to a normal weight person with zero metabolic abnormalities, an obese person with 3 metabolic abnormalities had a 2.6 times increased risk of CHD; a 58% increased risk cerebrovascular disease including stroke; a 3.8 times increased risk of heart failure, and a 2.2 times increased risk of PVD.
Also, metabolism is not all it is. Obese people have problems with knee and hip joints, respiratory problems, sleep apnea, and several types of cancer.
I ate like 3700 calories today so I’m probably literally dying at this point
