Once again, Trump has stumbled to a new low. Claiming that you support Jewish people, specifically Jewish Americans, and then claiming that you are looked at as the "second coming of God" and are worshipped like the "King of Israel". Can his narcissism grow any greater? The only thing that Trump is the king of is lying to the American People, insulting anyone that criticizes him, and whining like little baby. Cancelling your visit to Denmark because they informed you that Greenland is not "for sale". Claiming that Omar and Tlaib are anti-Semitic because they are Muslim Americans who support the rights of the Palestinian people while you go on to say Jewish Americans who voted for Democrats are "disloyal". Disloyal to who? To you? Because they see the truth behind your rhetoric? Grow up.

To me, this is a ridiculous article. Yet, it is written in such a serious way. Trying to make Mayor Pete out to be a bad guy because he thinks the National League of the MLB should continue requiring pitchers to bat as well. The author seems to not understand the disconnect between a tradition in a game and an entire economic system. He uses language like "forces some workers to perform additional duties" and "denying a job to other skilled laborers". Are we talking about baseball or a factory job?

The designated hitter (DH) rule has been around since 1973, when the American League of Major League Baseball adopted the idea of letting a pinch-hitter bat in place of the pitcher.

Many conservatives like the idea of sticking to traditions. Now, given that the DH has only been around since the 70s, I would argue that the tradition in baseball is to have the pitcher bat. Yes, pitchers tend to put in more work than any other player on the defensive side of the game, but it has been seen time and time again that many pitchers are perfectly capable of hitting. From my experience, most kids who play baseball growing up, whether it be recreational or competitive, play without designated hitters. I played baseball until I was 16 or so and I never played in a game with a DH.

I'm not saying the using a DH is a bad thing. In fact, I agree that it has many advantages both for the players and for the entertainment value of the game.

What I'm trying to say is

This article is clickbait for conservatives looking for reasons to vilify Pete Buttigieg and other democratic presidential contenders based on laughable arguments that have no merit.

Do they really have nothing to say about Pete's actual policy ideas?

They're really grasping at straws with this one.

When are we going to do something about domestic terrorism, one of the biggest threats to our country? The GOP and President Trump use scare tactics to promote xenophobia and Islamophobia when the real danger is our own citizens. When another shooting happens they all send their prayers and condemn the suspect, yet they refuse to pass any legislation that would help prevent these terrorist attacks from occurring. I'm sure Trump will continue stoking racism, xenophobia, and Islamophobia. The United States is getting accustomed to these shootings and other violent, racist attacks.

Another sad day in the United States. How many people must die before changes are made?

This is one in many examples of the blatant lies touted by "our" President. If you still believe Trump is on your side (and you're not a billionaire) then you need a serious reality check. Trump is the enemy of the lower and middle classes. He is the friend of our enemies and despised by our allies. He's a filthy liar, likely a pedophile, certainly a sexual abuser, a failure of a business man, a draft dodger, constantly disrespectful to our military, a con man, a narcissist, and almost certainly suffering from some form of mental decline. The list goes on and on. He is unfit to run a country, let alone one of the most powerful countries in the world.

Trump is a disgrace to our country.
