Bahnhöfe triggern mich schon eine sehr lange Zeit. Normalerweise Dreh ich mich um und mach die Augen zu, wenn der Zug einfährt, weil ich es nicht sehen kann wie er einfährt.

Ich hatte 2014 einen Suizidversuch auf dem Gleis..und häng nicht wirklich an meinem Leben.

Heute bin ich zum Gleis vorgelaufen. Bin aber wieder zurück. Die Suizidgedanken sind sehr stark. Aber etwas hält mich. Nur wie lang halt noch..ich weiß es nicht.
