Hiyori’s grandma…

I want to talk about Hiyori’s grandma given the fact that she appeared again in the last chapter. She is aware of her family’s power and as we see in chapter 54 where she is introduced for the first time, she is not happy that her grandchildren inherited her abilities. I think her character was introduced to help Hiyori in future dealing with her powers, from that chapter I always thought that she knows more than it was showed to the readers. In the last chapter she is the only one that feels that there is something wrong with Hiyori, infact she asks her if she feels tired:

…I think that AdachiToka wanted to point up two different reaction on purpose…the parents being occupied in preparing the dinner don’t seem to pay attention to her while her grandma is a little more concerned about Hiyori infact in the next panel…

…she is the only one looking at Hiyori with a worried look on her face making us think that effectively she might be aware that something is off. Has she perceived something strange? Will she try to help Hiyori in some way? Oh, I hope so…Hiyori is alone right now with her problems and she desperately needs a confidant and someone who would understand her and her situation.
