Another story I somewhat remember reading somewhere online (although not 100% sure of its legitimacy or details as I myself have vague memory of this) This guy that worked in a video store, pretty sure it was in the 90s, claims to have had a bit of an altercation with Izzy entering the store with a lit cigarette (I'm guessing this was around the time they banned smoking indoors in some places maybe? So probably the 90s) and he pretty much stormed out and drove off. The guy also remembers seeing 2 German Shepherds in Izzy's car. This seems true and consistent because he did have a German Shepherd named Treader from the time he got sober (late 89/early 90) and I recall seeing a photo of another Shepherd (old photo from 94), dont know if the other one belonged to him or his family (the photo was taken in Indiana where his family also lives so couldve been on their property) but seems consistent enough to believe, i guess.
