Cordelia had a high amount of respect for Lady Emmeryn. She worked hard daily for the sake of all of Ylisse and she could only imagine how exhausting that must be. Though she understood why Captain Phila might not want her walking around by herself, everyone deserved to take a break now and then.

A smile pulled at her lips and she gave a nod to the Exalt. “Of course. It’s a beautiful day, after all.” Briefly she turned back to the pegasus she was tending to and finished feeding her, giving her a soft pat on the muzzle. “I’ve finished here if you’d like to go elsewhere.”

Libra was a constant source of good advice and comfort for many of the Shepherds and Cordelia was no exception to that. Like many others, the Pegasus Knight often fretted over what was to come. They all had a long, difficult road ahead of them with this war and she worried about the ones she cared for.

How could she not?

But Libra’s gentle reminder was enough to ease some of her concerns. “... I know that you’re right. I only hope that their plan looks favorably on all of us. Regardless, I will keep doing the best that I can.”

  Though he had been planning to drink it himself, Robin sets the freshly brewed cup of tea he carried down in front of his comrade in arms. Concern lights his eyes as a frown tugs lips downwards– Is Cordelia sick? Tired? Feeling blue for whatever reason? Whatever the reason for such a heavy sigh, Robin intends to do whatever he can to help. The Pegasus Knight gives so much of herself to this army, it’s only fair to return the favour where he can.

So lost in her own woes she almost hadn’t noticed the Tactician’s comment on her sighing. It was the offer of tea that really caught her attention. Sitting up straight, Cordelia canted her head to look up at her comrade, and made an attempt at smiling. Needless to say, it fell a little short of satisfactory. 

“Oh... I’m fine. Really.” The Pegasus Knight was doing her best to be convincing but it was especially difficult for her today. It felt as if the weight of the world was on her shoulders, but to share that burden? That was a challenge in itself.
