Hey so I have like severe OCD that has been officially diagnosed and I have a quick question

How many times are yall washing your hands in the shower? Like while your showering?

I had figured for most people it was probably like three times a shower and I am just overkill (I wash my hands between every step three times and I also wash the outside of my shampoo each time) but now everyone I ask looks at me like I’m a psychopath for even the concept?

Having chronic pain is so funny bc I used to imagine that the pain is just micro-doses of a fatal injury I’d go through in the future.

Like one day I’m just gonna get hit by a car or shot point blank and feel nothing bc my body distributed the pain from the injury throughout my life instead of all at once so I’d live.
