After their brief but ever memorable time on the nadaloid, Tor and Shadowheart finally make proper introductions~!
Speaking of introductions! Tor was raised in Baldurs Gate himself as well!
His mother, Abigale, is a prominent craftsperson amung those in the Gates who desire fine quilting and bedding. Her rune-infused blankets were the talk of the town with their gentle and soothing 'heating' function. So the name 'Tendertips' is a fairly well known name in the city.
Though, many knew her to be solitary. Only being seen in the company of a brash Dwarf from time to time. To find out she has a son would be a SCANDAL~!
The dwarf who occasionally accompanied her and would often take up post in Tendertips Textiles as the self-proclaimed "Body guard", was named Nile Psalmsinger. A former monk of the Order Of the Even-handed, Nile abandoned Waterdeep once his dear friend called for his aid.
But what could that aid have been, I wonder?
A little time jump to the Ketheric fight.
The plan was for Tor to keep Ketheric busy. Pummel him over and over until the gang set the Nightsong free again. Tor was use to taking a punch or an arrow but a magically charged bolt of necrotic magic isnt either of those.
Once Shadowheart saw Tor fall she let loose 5 words that rattled, not only the foundations of her Sharron teachings, but the very hollowed bones of a Veiled Goddess soon abandoned.
Anyway, she saved Tor and they kicked ass together.
