Question about baby Titan, as he grows does he get any of his prior bad traits? Like aggression, being overly possessive, maybe just being an outright little jerk to the human child I saw KC holding or maybe towards Nexus? Or is he more like a blank slate like Nexus seems to be?

Titan as a baby is… Complicated… Fortunately KC has the patience of a Saint dealing with him. But it's obvious that while the little guy doesn't have any memories of his past, there are clear signs that his past traumas whatever they may be are still affecting him.
Fortunately Titan warmed up to and fully accepted KC as his father and deeply loves him. Likewise for the other kids in KC's household. Which consists of Bloodmoon and 5 human children with Titan and the little baby girl, named Zephyr, being the youngest. So KC has 7 kids in total.
Titan is hyperactive, definitely has baby Zoomies, but there's no maliciousness to him. He usually just wants to be wherever other people are. He's clingy as hell, especially to KC, Bloodmoon and Zephyr. With him usually seen cuddling up to his sister when they're sleeping.
Yes he is still putting off NSP radiation, something KC noticed and was initially concerned about. But his concerns were eased by his landlord who explained that the radiation is being constantly absorbed by the area… To be used in the future for various things. This was explained by Caine, the boss/owner of the carnival that the house is located on the property of.

But getting back on topic; the older Titan gets that clinginess evolves into a protective streak a mile wide. He's extremely protective of his family and can go a little crazy if he deems someone disrespectful or cruel to them. On a take your child to work day, he and Zephyr were shadowing KC as he's a waiter at Chili's.
In the span of one day, Titan called an overweight and rude man Shamoo, stole the wallet of a bitchy influencer woman and took more money for his dad's tip. And stole one guys identity and ordered a hot tub to be delivered and installed next to their house…
When it comes to Nexus, Titan views him as his cousin and he will usually drag him into the various plans and games that he comes up with. His taller cousin usually trying to reduce the craziness he gets into.
The final note being that Titan, as blank slate as he is… Seems to deeply dislike the majority of the Celestial Family. He seems to best tolerate Sun and Earth, but tries to avoid Moon, Solar and ESPECIALLY Monty. He has told his dad that being around them just makes him angry… But he doesn't know why. So he tries to stay away from them."
