The fact that she is here representing this to me is such an honor, not only winning the World Cup, but while they were winning the World Cup, they were also taking a historic stand in terms of gender equality, and the gender pay gap. Please, please support her and her teammates because this isnât over yet. itâs not resolved. Get online, talk about it, let people know how you feel about it, because what happened to them is unfair. Itâs happening everywhere, and they are heroes for standing up. Second of all, I want to just shout out whoever it was at the Teen Choice Awards who decided to put the itty bitty pretty kitty committee on this surfboard. These are my furry children, and this is a proud moment for me that theyâre on a Teen Choice Award! Itâs just so meow, and Iâm really having a proud moment: Aesthetically speaking, this may be my favorite award, Iâm just saying. So I just want to talk to the fans for a second. You make me so happy, you make me laugh every day online. I love meeting you, I love loving you, youâre just the most amazing, generous people. Thank you for giving me the life I have; every single minute of every day, I know youâre the reason I have the life I have and that I get to do what I love doing. Teen Choice Awards, if anyone out there is a teen, one thing I wish I wouldâve known if I was a teen is that mistakes are inevitable. I think that if you try hard to make every decision perfectly, you think you possible can ace life and never make any mistakes. But itâs normal to make mistakes, and I just want to know if youâre out there being hard on yourself for something thatâs happening, for messing up, or feeling embarrassed, itâs normal. Thatâs whatâs going to happen to you in life, no one gets through unscathed, weâre all going to have a few scratches on us.
