I've been thinking about this for a while and I ofter see it happen in different groups. When you are presenting a new idea for a group of people and everyone agrees, what does it mean then? Probably that it's something that everyone is comfortable listening to and it isn't pushing anyone out of their comfort-zone? At least a few people should feel that it's not possible to do, then it's a sign of a big and brave idea. Many organisations say that they want creative ideas, but when it comes to reality many managers and leaders only want a 'certain kind' of idea that fits their pictures of the history and future. What do you reckon? How should you feel when you are exposed for a new idea? #MondayMorning #LeadershipReflection #leadership #creativity #ideas #future #history #myworld #myway
