I’ve had to unfollow so many idiot Killing Eve “fans” on Twitter. How are y'all gonna call Sally, Damon, and Emerald the devil when you wouldn’t even have the show without Sally (she is the one who fucking hired Phoebe to create it) and Damon is the lead director for the series and has personally directed the best episodes. If you didn’t like Emerald’s writing as much as Phoebe’s, that’s fine. But all the hate people are throwing at her is completely unwarranted and y'all look like a bunch of entitled, ungrateful and ultimately unintelligent little shits. Personally I think Emerald did quite well and DOES understand the characters. Y'all are just projecting your own fanfic desires onto them.
