Hey muses, I didn't want to make a sad post, but whenever I feel bad and come talk to you, I feel a thousand times better.🪷
I wanted to tell you that it's okay to just feel what you need to feel. You don't need to be strong all the time, happy all the time, or always confident. Just try not to show it around other people because many people take advantage of your situation and wish it would get worse. Today I realized that even though I've achieved everything I wanted and am living the best phase of my life, things still cross my mind. It hurts to realize that I'm actually lonely, it hurts to know that we can't always trust people. But even in those moments, I remember that I have myself. I know I can get through anything alone, and I know that if that's your case, you can too. Take care of yourself, relax... everything always works out in the end. Try not to think about too many things, especially the negative ones.

Have you noticed how you always come across as the villain in other people's stories from the moment you start to love yourself? When you stop accepting the bare minimum, put people in their place, and prioritize yourself, many people change towards you or even distort the story to make you look bad.
When I was younger, I cared a lot about what people would think of me and my behavior. I had terrible friends and every day I was sad, I didn't take care of myself... until I realized that if I distanced myself from everyone, blocked those who didn't like me and started to love myself, everything would change.
And that's what I did. I distanced myself from everyone, I changed every aspect of my life. Nowadays I feel absolutely nothing for anyone and I can distance myself from or remove people from my life very easily. I understood that every day and every moment matters. I started living for myself.
Nowadays I've even managed to improve my depression and, as I said in another post, I'm in my best phase. I hope that if any of you are going through this, you understand that you should love yourselves and stop living for others. If they speak badly of you, it's because they notice you. Stop seeking validation.
Remember that you are capable, you can do it, don't be afraid of anyone and always act as if the world were yours!! ❤️🩹

And for those who wear makeup like me, try using basic makeup that lasts all day. Don't forget to apply setting powder. Before leaving home, remember that you stand out, you are beautiful, you smell good, you are intelligent, and you can achieve anything you want!

Today, as I was walking home from work, I started thinking about how good life becomes when you simply stop caring about what people think. I was always a girl who only felt good when my mother dressed me and took care of me. But, after I grew up and started having my own opinions, it was a little difficult to stay strong while comparing myself to several girls around me. I know this is a phase, but my advice is:
-Think as if you've already won, done, or said something you wanted. If you're still worried about what others say in 2026, wake up, diva. Other people's opinions will never matter. You know why? Because opinions are things that come and go, they're always changing. Be true and firm to who you are and don't forget that every day you have the chance to open your eyes and wake up is a sign for you to keep shining and humiliating all the bitches who waste their time talking about you🪷🫶

If you suffer from acne, blackheads, or pimples, prepare your skin well and use waterproof, moisturizing makeup, and be gentle with your face. Remember that you don't need a 100% model-like face to be beautiful.
-❤️🩹Forth: Music! I know it sounds silly, but believe me, music helps you stay in a good mood, feel beautiful, and change your aura. Listen to positive music; it can even be rap, trap, K-pop, pop... it just needs to make you think that in a crowded room, you ARE the best. (You know you are)
