Which cps do you think are struggling?

i assume this is about a line from my reply to this ask that appeared in my inbox right when i was dealing with the first few hours after the jmn breakup announcement, and i get my words might have come across differently from what i intended for which i apologise 😭

i don't personally think that there's many cps struggling, i was mostly referring to the fact that right now all it takes is a few minutes scrolling tiktok to find out multiple fandoms are worrying about their faves (for ridiculous to moderately understandable reasons) and i admit that in the heat of the moment, after losing the second favorite pair of mine in the span of few months, i had in mind aouboom specifically. HOWEVER everyone that i have actively discussed the topic with is aware that i personally do not see valid reasons to expect an imminent breakup, despite tiktok folks having been lowkey expecting an announcement every day for a while now. in that specific moment tho, feeling highly disregulated for obvious reasons, i couldn't help but feel overly worried and speak through hyperboles as it kinda is part of my nature.

as for everyone else, i do not feel like potentially "alarming" anyone by dropping names since i do lurk a lot in other fandom spaces for personal entertainment but i do not follow those cps closely enough to know whether their fans worries make any sense or not, especially knowing from personal experience that fandoms tend to scream about the imminent catastrophe as soon as their faves don't interact for more than a few days in a row (which tbf is most cps' average behavior when they're not promoting nor filming any show)

that's it, i didn't mean to make it sound like i expect many others to split up soon, although i recognise that's what it could sound like. and i really hope it's not the case, because super honestly i would not wish the past four months of my fandom life not even to my worst enemy :/
