Summary: Taehyung had seen so many things, so many spirits coming and going, so many finding peace in such little things. He had seen a spirit who had found a pretty shell on the beach and who had gained peace from that. He had been with someone who traveled with him for a year before deciding they needed a good night’s rest. They passed through the Everdoor the very next morning.
Everyone is different, everyone has things that mean the most to them in this life. Nobody knew what it would be until they were there, in the moment, finding their peace at last.

“Do you remember when you found me?”
Taehyung startled at the sudden sound of Seokjin’s voice, yelping and dropping his elephant watering can on Yeontan’s head, who just looked at him in disappointment. He straightened up from where he was watering his raspberry bushes to face the fox spirit, banging his antlers on a metal post above him. He grumbled to himself, trying to untangle himself from the post, but replied anyways. “Of course I do.”
Seokjin chuckled and leaned forward, stepping into his space. With gentle hands, he helped move Taehyung’s head until his antlers were free. A few flower petals fell from his head and immediately wilted. Taehyung frowned down at the dead petals, feeling like there was a missing part of him now. “Like everyone else, I couldn’t remember anything. I was in the celestial mountains curled in the same spot for days waiting to die because I didn’t know I already had. ”
“And then I found you,” Taehyung murmured quietly.
