I need to challenging myself to drawing men more often. I think that’s my problem with why I just don’t like drawing with guys in it.

I think my problem is that since I always draw girls my understanding of male anatomy is lacking and I end up drawing feminine men, which isn’t a bad thing but it not what I want all my men to look like.

I need to challenge myself to drawing more strong masculine men instead of basic anime boys.

I was going for a more “funeral” and gothic aesthetic fitting cause she is a mortician.

For her ability I based it off of the novel Shiki but instead of her being a full shiki she is half turned shiki (like yuki from the anime) so technically she is half human

During the day she more lethargic and sluggish due to the sunlight after being turned.

Playing with the idea she is a yandere and is in love with ayatsuji (mostly cause I think it’s funny lol) mostly cause one of the shiki characters Shimizu was a yandere in love with yuki and since ayatsuji first name is Yukito..

Bruh just found out that my whole alias name “Niubie” is extremely similar to the Chinese slag word “Niubi” or “牛逼/牛B”

Which in slag is pretty cool what it means according to google means cool, badass, or extremely capable. Which you know for a random name I choose at age 12 is pretty sick.

…Until you get to it’s LITERAL translation meaning Cow Vagina…

You mean to tell me that my IRL name is the same as a cow and my Internet name also means cow?!?!

I should just change my damn avatar from a black cat to a damn cow…

decided to do a little mini series where I design some of the BSD authors' significant others, and since I technically already did Dazai's with Michiko, might as well do Chuuya Nakahara's wife, Takako Ueno

Fun fact: Did you know that Chuuya and Takako were cousins?! Albeit distance cousins

There’s not much known about her (at least none that I could find) so I took some artistic liberties when designing her.

Basic backstory:

Michiko grew up in a abusive and neglected family in Tokyo where she later on ran away at age sixteen and worked different jobs to get by, mostly as a waitress at restaurants and bars.

When she was eighteen she met Dazai during those two years when he left the mafia where he was laying low and drifted from bar to bar. She was working as a waitress at a bar he was drinking at and he would constantly flirt with her and after days and nights of ignoring him she finally gave in and started “dating” him and got to “know” him and thought she finally met someone who understood her.

But one day she woke up with him gone with a note breaking things off and never saw him again. Only to find out that a few weeks later she was pregnant and nine months later gave birth to Yuko.

Personality: michiko is a very blunt and straightforward woman that says what she means without sugar coating it. Not to say she doesn’t have a sense of humor but her jokes come off a dry and people often have a hard time understanding if she was joking or not. Hates liars and lies with a passion as it’s her personal philosophy to always say the truth. Deep down she still cares about dazai (despite having every right to hate the man) and truly wonders if he’s okay and saw him as a kindred spirit. Loves her daughter fiercely and puts her needs above her own even when money gets tight she always makes sure that yuko is feed and warm.
