Quick update: July Sabbatical!

I just wanted to let yall know I'm taking July off from posting! I'm going to focus on learning better techniques and (possibly) switching to a new drawing program. I've hit the limit of the one I currently use, but I've been too intimidated to try a more sophisticated program. But the limited tools of autodesk sketchbook are really starting to hold me back. 🫠

Any recommendations for drawing programs are welcome! (I use a samsung tablet, so - preferably something compatible with android? But if I gotta switch to a pc, then I gotta switch to a pc. All there is to it.) (oh and also im broke. so. free or cheap program recommendations will be valued <3)

That said, I'll still be lurking around on tumblr. May or may not participate in ArtFight - I haven't really decided yet. Most likely will throw some doodles at some folks, but prolly no full renders. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Began this short fan-comic back in 2023, one month before the finale aired. My goal was to finish the entire thing before uploading, however, my perfectionism ate me alive on this one. It became a sort of 'snake-eating-it's-own-tail,' wherein old pages I finished started to not look as good as the new, so I would go back to fix that...so on and so forth. Not to mention that one year after the show ended Dana confirmed backstory that totally deflated the crux of this fanfic, which discouraged me from working on it for some time.

Woof.

I've finally decided that if I don't start uploading this damn thing, it'll never see the light of day. So I'll be doing just that, beginning next week.
