ANYWAY! More about the wingfic AU (which is being written as we speaks, me promises) in which Grace (and Rocky) gets Isekaid and Simon, who's From There, is trying to figure out What The Hell is Wrong with this Guy and his Earth Elemental Buddy (In reference to this doodle post)
Generally speaking, by all standards for this setting, Simon's pretty standard. He has chunks of feathers near his back that have been lost and scarred back white / paler, but other than that his shimmer is relatively hard to make out. However, his 'spurs' (the elbow claws) are pretty hefty compared to normal.
Grace, however, is EXTREMELY abnormal for an aasimar. Ofc, aasimar are very beautiful, but it's very very rare that feather color is more than simply their hair color and the luster or sheen of whatever valuable material they may represent. Aasimar are shiny. And valuable. And very Wanted. Not only that, but he glows in the dark! (Such is the consequence of being unwittingly fueled powered by the cosmic power of The Universe He Comes From. Gives a whole other meaning to Celestial Body amirite? Yippee!) There are fun little deets to him, like the fact that his wings are technically a map of the Milky Way center and also reflect the Butterfly Nebula. His scars also manifested more like the Crab Nebula. There's more to him, especially the whole magic thing (that's a doozy) but he's also just. Very pretty. The prettiest girl at the party if you will. With fresh baby soft feathers.
(Yes, they grew kinda all at once. No, it did not feel good. Rocky was fucking aghast)
