People who claim that Quaritch & Varang isn't a real romance... It is. The actors talk about it as such. Even Quaritch is surprised by it. They're literally the dark version of Jake & Neytiri. They literally said that Quaritch form an unlikely bond with Varang, and also said that Varang find a Kindred Spirit in Quaritch. Please, stop believing that villains can't form couples who genuinely love each other. A little complexity and it's like your brain will fry. Villains in love and villain couples in love have always existed in movies.

i just saw the movie and this. exactly this. they're so blatantly a couple, to deny that just because they are villains is just weird imo.
