If they were stealing, it would have to be intentional. There’s no way they’d purposefully stalk the ideas of a gay man in Arkansas, so no. It’s just a coincidence. But the fact of the matter is, if I publish my works, despite the fact I came up with the ideas before Namco, some idiot will accuse ME of stealing, and it could turn into a copyright lawsuit. Which is why I refuse to put myself in that situation until I’m sure I have enough support to counteract the idiots of the world. Which is about 70% of the planet’s population sadly. Fortunately, I don’t think it would become a lawsuit but some people are that stubborn that they’d sue a writer because his book has the same abbreviation of their favorite game. I’ve seen it happen before. I’m just cautious. And sorta sick of people publishing things I’ve thought of before I even get the chance lol.

Tales of Berseria - Sorry in advance for whining

Everyone’s all excited and I’m just over here raging because they beat me to the punch with a similar idea AGAIN. I had a tales of called Tales of Bravier and it’s about diversity and unconditional love and acceptance. ANd the main protag Lucca, you can choose their gender and sexuality but in true cannon they are female and it has lots of oceans and boat traveling. Now with this Tales of Berseria the main girl is a pirate and apparently it’s about diversity and it’s called ToB? Really. Really namco? Okay, I know it’s not that big of a deal but this is like the 5th time they’ve done this. Gaius is a clone of my OC inferno in both personality and design - had to change Inferno’s design three times because of Gaius. (whom I love don’t worry I am a Gaius fan-boy.) The sepherim and fusing with them is a lot like the Soul Deities and Soul Merging in my Tales of Mercuria.And now this. Again, I know great minds think alike and things being similar isn’t bad, when yer a creator it’s gonna happen regardless. It’s just I’d have to defend myself against being accused of copying Namco’s ToB, when I’ve been working on MY ToB since Tales of Graces came out. It’s getting to the point where I, as a writer, am considering giving up on writing. I’m about to just cancel all of my projects and books that I’ve put my heart and soul into for years. UNLESS> Fellow Tales of fans! If y’all can ensure me you won’t accuse me of stealing, I will continue my Tales of inspired books. I just don’t have the money to deal with the lawsuits. But if you all think I should go on, then I will gladly join you on the hype train for the new Tales game because Berseria does seem like it’s gonna be hella! Lemmie know. Right now though I’m still waiting for Zesteria. I want Dezel. I am so gay for Dezel.So should I cancel Bravier, or not? (And don’t worry I’m already over the angry whining stage. I’m just over-emotional and easily discouraged. My friend cheered me up though so I’m just like like “lol whatever.”

FUCK, I though it was just another lucky meme but LISTEN. Since a week ago I was waiting a phone call to confirm me if I got a job or not in my university.
