• when we have a traumatic memory and the memory contains a or several pictures rather than the memory being a moving film, it can mean we have a shock we need to release. i can only recommend seeking out a therapist practicing emdr for this. healing a shock with emdr can be done over a single session, years of therapy isn't needed.

• a process i use since the power of emotions are as great as they are, is i ask myself which feelings i wish to dominate my days. usually, love, excitement, gratitude or passion. and then i ask myself: what does gratitude feel like? where in my body do i feel it? for me it feels expansive and light, feels like my insides almost tickle, it feels like silver and light pink. and i sit with it and i let it ripple and explode in me the longer i give it attention and let it grow in and from me energetically.
