*     these     powers     descriptions     take     place     after     phoebe     has     become     alpha     of     the     blue     ridge     pack. 

phoebe     novak:     as     the     alpha     phoebe     has     to     ability     to     control     water,     air,     and     storms.     when     she     first     becomes     alpha     her     control     over     the     elements     are     strongly     tied     to     her     emotions     more     than     they     had     growing     up.     when     she     first     came     home     it     rained     non     stop     for     three     weeks.     slowly     she     began     to     be     able     to     control     her     emotions     better.     she     was     yet     to     be     able     to     fully     control     the     elements     but     when     she     does     the     potential     of     what     she     could     do     is     unknown.     so     far     she     has     demonstrated     that     she     can     cause     storms     and     stop     them.     growing     up     she     could     control     and     shape     water.     she     also     often     would     move     around     objects     by     manipulating     the     air.     she     has     also     created     snow     by     combining     her     abilities     with     her     sister.     other     than     the     powers     relating     to     being     alpha     she     also     has     a     psychic     link     with     her     twin,     poppy.     the     two     of     them     intrinsically     know     where     the     other     is     at     all     times,     they     can     feel     what     the     other     is     feeling,     and     when     they     concentrate     can     know     what     the     other     is     thinking.

poppy     novak:     as     twin     to     the     alpha     and     daughter     of     the     former     alpha     poppy     used     to     have     a     large     level     of     control     over     air     and     water     at     times     rivaling     her     sisters     ability.     this     changed     when     she     was     turned     into     a     hybrid.     when     she     was     turned     she     lost     all     connection     to     the     earth     and     because     of     the     magic     that     had     been     used     to     turn     them     into     wolves     so     long     ago     so     lost     all     connection     with     the     elements     that     she     used     to     be     able     to     control     so     well.     for     months     the     novak     family     thought     that     poppy     simply     didn’t     have     any     powers     any     longer     until     one     day     when     she     froze     her     glass     of     water     during     an     argument.     that     was     when     they     realized     that     poppy     could     now     freeze     things.     over     the     next     few     months     and     experimenting     with     her     abilities     she     could     lower     the     temperature     of     things     and     if     she     concentrated     hard     enough     she     could     pause     time     for     a     few     moments.

rose     novak:     as     the     youngest     of     the     novaks     she     had     a     good     level     of     control     over     the     elements     but     no     where     close     to     what     her     older     sisters     had.     one     distinguishing     element     to     her     that     set     her     apart     from     her     siblings     is     that     since     she     was     little     it     seemed     like     she     could     know     what     was     going     to     happen     in     the     future.     this     grew     to     a     head     the     night     before     the     attack     on     the     pack     she     had     a     nightmare     of     what     was     going     to     happen.     as     she     grew     up     she     began     to     have     more     vivid     dreams     of     the     future.     she     also     began     to     see     snippets     of     the     future     during     the     day.     for     months     she     thought     she     might     have     been     losing     her     mind     but     then     phoebe     found     a     book     in     their     fathers     library     that     explain     how     she     could     see     things     that     hadn’t     happened     yet.

                 in     packs     alphas     have     the     most     power     after     them     their     number     two     does.     their     family     also     has     a     high     level     of     power     and     control     over     the     element.     all     werewolves     used     to     come     from     witches     and     because     of     this     there     are     many     different     and     unusual     powers     that     alphas     families     tend     to     have.     some     may     be     clairvoyant,     empaths,     or     have     precognition     or     premonitions.     these     talents     are     rare     and     historically     have     often     appeared     in     families     of     alphas     before     a     tragedy     happens     to     a     pack.

innate     abilities.

super     strength:     werewolves     are     stronger     than     vampires,     humans,     and     witches.     the     full     moon     will     boost     their     strength     and     aggression.     they     can     easily     move     cars     without     breaking     a     sweat.

super     speed:     werewolves     intensified     quickness,     agility,     reflexes,     and     endurance     makes     them     faster     than     hunters,     humans.     they     are     almost     as     fast     as     vampires     in     human     form;     in     wolf     form     they     can     run     as     fast     or     faster.

super     agility:     werewolves     possess     superhuman     agility.     either     in     wolf     or     even     in     human     form,     they     have     demonstrated     that     they     can     move,     jump     very     high,     climb,     flip,     and     run     incredibly     fast     without     difficulty     or     exhaustion.     they     can     also     jump     down     from     incredible     heights.     they     can     also     process     moving     objects     much     better     than     humans     can,     allowing     them     to     catch     projectiles     in     mid-air     and     dodge     speeding     bullets     before     they     can     be     hit.

super     durability:     werewolves     can     take     far     more     trauma     than     humans     without     nearly     as     much     discomfort     or     injury,     however,     not     as     much     as     vampires.     they     can     also     exert     themselves     for     longer     periods     without     tiring.

healing     factor:     werewolves     possess     superhuman     regenerative     abilities,     meaning     that     if     they     are     physically     injured,     their     bodies     will     heal     rapidly.     like     vampires,     werewolves     can     heal     from     the     most     grievous     of     injuries,     even     in     human     form,     although     slower     than     vampires.     though     werewolves     can     still     sustain     open     wounds     like     any     other     creature,     they     are     much     more     durable     to     blunt     force     trauma     than     the     regular     human,     allowing     them     to     be     thrown     through     walls     and     fall     from     tall     heights     without     fatal     injury.     one     thing     that     can     slow     their     healing     is     the     use     of     wolfsbane     in     weapons.

super     senses:     werewolves     have     the     extremely     keen     and     heightened     senses     of     smell,     sight,     taste,     hearing,     and     touch     that     exceed     their     wolf     counterparts     and     that     of     regular     canines.     they     can     see     in     total     darkness     and     across     large     distances     with     great     clarity,     track     scents     for     up     to     several     miles     and     can     hear     whispered     conversations     across     great     distances     and     from     outside     of     buildings     with     ease.

shapeshifting:     werewolves     have     the     ability     to     transform     into     their     werewolf     forms     at     will.     they     have     complete     awareness     and     control     over     what     happens     while     in     their     wolf     form.

werewolf     bite:     a     werewolf's     venom     is     extremely     lethal     to     vampires.     the     venom     acts     as     a     poison     that     will     enter     the     bloodstream     and     deliver     the     toxin     throughout     the     body,     producing     discomfort     and     weakness.     all     vampires     who     are     bitten     will     ultimately     develop     uncontrollable     hunger     that     progresses     to     delusions,     hallucinations,     rabid     rage,     and     dementia     culminating     in     death.

                  the     alpha     of     the     blue     ridge     pack     married     the     daughter     of     the     pacific     mountain     pack     merging     the     two     packs.     this     action     would     later     cause     an     attack     from     a     pack     that     was     threatened     by     the     power     that     they     now     held,     because     with     the     union     their     elements     were     combined     and     their     powers     grew.     the     union     between     the     two     packs     caused     their     elements     to     merge     together.     suddenly     the     blue     ridge     pack     who     could     just     cause     gusts     of     wind     and     the     pacific     mountain     pack     who     could     cause     ripples     in     water     they     could     now     do     both.     the     packs     unified     under     the     blue     ridge     pack     and     the     pacific     mountain     pack     no     longer     existed.     not     only     did     the     average     members     powers     grow     but     so     did     the     powers     of     the     alpha.     the     alpha     could     now     create     rain,     wind,     hail,     lightning,     snow,     sleet,     fog     and     temperature     changes.

              all     werewolves     within     the     four     main     packs     have     control     over     the     element     that     is     their     packs,     but     the     level     of     control     depends     on     their     rank     within     the     pack.     the     alpha     of     the     pack,     has     almost     total     control     over     the     element     while     those     more     distantly     related     to     them     or     married     into     the     pack     have     minor     control     over     it.     the     family     of     the     alpha     has     vary     levels     of     control     over     the     element.     the     members     of     the     packs     cannot     be     harmed     by     their     element.

the     celik     pack.

an     average     member     would     be     able     to     cause     flowers     to     bloom,     and     have     intrinsic     knowledge     about     plants     and     their     uses     and     abilities.     their     alpha     would     be     able     to     completely     manipulate     plants.     they     could     create,     shape     and     manipulate     plants     as     much     as     they     wanted     to.     the     alpha     would     also     have     the     ability     to     create,     shape     and     manipulate     earth     however     they     wish.     they     could     create     earthquakes,     and     move     boulders.

the     rio     pack.

an     average     member     would     be     able     to     warm     objects,     and     create     light     or     a     glow     when     concentrating.     their     alpha     would     be     able     to     completely     manipulate     fire.     they     could     create,     shape     and     manipulate     fire     as     much     as     they     wanted     to.     the     alpha     would     also     have     the     ability     to     heat     things     up     until     they     combust.     they     can     reverberate     molecules     at     a     speed     which     causes     them     to     rapidly     heat     up,     melt,     ignite,     burn,     or     explode. 

the     blue     ridge     pack.

an     average     member     would     be     able     to     create     gusts     of     wind,     and     have     knowledge     of     the     weather.     their     alpha     would     be     able     to     completely     manipulate     air.     they     could     create,     shape     and     manipulate     air     as     much     as     they     wanted     to.     they     could     create     light     winds     to     huge     typhoons.     the     alpha     would     also     have     the     ability     to     levitate     objects     and     move     them     around     using     the     air.

the     pacific     mountain     pack.

an     average     member     would     be     able     to     create     move     and     shape     very     small     amounts     of     water,     create     ripples,     and     they     can     always     find     water     no     matter     where     they     are.     their     alpha     would     be     able     to     completely     manipulate     water.     they     could     create,     shape     and     manipulate     water     as     much     as     they     wanted     to.     they     could     create     gentle     waves     to     tsunamis.     the     alpha     would     also     have     the     ability     to     manipulate     water     and     its     pressure     being     able     to     weaponize     it.

                   werewolves     were     created     around     10bc,     and     at     the     center     of     their     origin     was     two     sisters.     one     of     them     always     wanted     more     power     and     to     see     just     how     far     she     could     take     her     abilities.     that     only     grew     after     her     lover     was     killed     in     battle.     she     sought     a     way     to     keep     from     losing     anyone     else.     in     that     quest     she     managed     to     a     way     to     be     untouchable     to     death,     a     way     to     become     a     vampire.     her     sister     seeing     the     darkness     that     she     had     created     and     the     destruction     and     slaughter     that     the     creatures     had     made     created     a     spell     to     turn     four     groups     of     warriors     made     to     protect     the     earth,     werewolves.     she     tied     them     not     only     to     the     moon     but     the     four     elements:     the     blue     ridge     pack     would     be     able     to     control     air,     the     pacific     mountain     pack     would     be     able     to     control     water,     the     celik     pack     had     the     power     over     earth,     and     the     rio     pack     had     the     power     over     fire.     she     did     this     to     give     them     more     advantage     over     vampires     and     ensure     their     survival     for     generations     to     come.     

                  since     the     creation     of     werewolves     they     have     only     ever     been     born     and     no     one     has     ever     been     turned     into     one.     none     of     the     packs     truly     remember     how     they     came     to     be,     but     they     all     have     their     own     myths     of     how.     the     four     packs     while     some     of     the     largest     in     the     countries     they     are     located     there     are     many     smaller     packs     scatter     throughout     countries     that     have     no     control     over     any     elemental     abilities     as     they     have     chosen     to     leave     one     of     the     four     main     packs.
