2024 goals

+ less screen time, more reading. default of slow moments at work can no longer be doom scrolling.

+ gratitude journal every day (cont'd from 2023)

+ leave the house more often. when it gets warmer, that is.

+ at least 1 hour of walking during work every day (est. 4,500 steps)

+ think about investing in future angela while fully realizing that it will never happen because my brain is convinced, always, that the world is going to end any minute and the only time i can distract it from that thinking is remembering it doesn't even matter!
