Something from my Life

This is a place for me to just let it all out. After struggling with depression, self harm, self hate and suicidal thoughts i'm on the road to RECOVERY! I would always say that I don't deserve to get better etc etc and here i am fighting depression/self harm and each day I'm getting STRONGER and STRONGER! 💪🏻Recovery is POSSIBLE!

Had a horrible week in work..then i went on holidays for a week.

I went back to work today and went home feeling so anxious! weird feeling in my stomach! feeling overwhelmed! had a good cry!

I don’t know what to think anymore…
