DIY Shadow Box Vacation or Dream Bank Tutorial from A Creative Princess. This DIY requires a drill to make an opening on the top - or you can take a shadow box (I just got 3 for $9 at Michaels) and adhere your photo to the backboard, making a small slot on the back.

This DIY Dream Bank uses a top loading shadow box, so there is no need for drilling: DIY Dream Bank from Something Turquoise.

Best way to cook asparagus ??

Couple ways are good. I personally like blanching asparagus so they retain that bright green color and stay crisp. click here for a how-to for blanching them. Then you can toss them in salads or pasta dishes. You can saute/steam them too. Add a splash of broth/oil over med-high heat. when it gets hot add your asparagus, put the cover on and steam it for 5 minutes then its done! Those two ways are probably the healthiest way to cook them.

My other favorite way is to roast them- I like coating them in balsamic vinegar and they get nice & sweet and caramelized in the oven. Click here for a simple roasting recipe. You can also just shave the asparagus with a vegetable peeler and make ribbons and toss that raw in a salad.
