sometimes you’ve just got to delete those pictures that make you feel bad. the ones you have saved that trigger you, those old texts from someone who hurt you, body checks, photos you took for that person that’s not in your life any more. if it makes you feel bad, let it go
i like the phrases "it's not for me," "it's not my thing," and "i'm not the target audience" because they're the most concise way to express "this thing that you enjoy has merits but idgaf about it" without being aggressive
