The governing lord of the city-state of Shuangling deep along the Yellow River. Qian Yun is very publicly a solar exalt, unafraid to broadcast his nature to the world- he commands an exceptional army, and rules with a focus on his citizens' welfare and a commitment to personal freedom and the common good.
Rebellion has always existed in Qian Yun's blood- he exalted the moment he brushed his signature at the bottom of his letter of secession bound for the Imperial City. Having now successfully defended his claim against military action and a wyld hunt, he grows ever confident in his exalted enclave.
He's known for his ever-present, sweet smile, even-toned voice, and whimsical disposition- it's difficult to discern his true feelings behind his gentle, sometimes bumbling nature that radiates nothing but a desire for peace. He gained his sobriquet, first mockingly, when he calmly rode his horse into an imperial encampment and asked to have tea with the enemy general.
He has acquired the artifact Sun's Brush (AotC, pg. 44) (which he uses to paint on the banners of his city) (and sometimes sign letters, as obtuse as it is-) and wears mostly clothes in white, red, and accents of gold. He is known as an exceptionally pretty but masculine man. His hair is dark brown, his eyes are blue, and he has slightly tanned skin.

Priceless Spoils of Countless Tender Treacheries Undone
Priceless, for short. ~
One of many terrors in the west. Priceless commands a raiding party that patrols the oceans, terrorizing the realm for fun and profit. Priceless believes in the vision of the Deathlords- having long since given up on a better world, he sees his exaltation as an opportunity to put his real talents to work. Dressing simply, and masquerading as an average person, he sails from port to port using his exceptional skill as an orator to radicalize individuals against the machinations of the scarlet empire. By the time they step foot onto the ship, littered with bones, crewed by skeletons, and making for war, it's far too late to have reservations.
His methods are as striking and flashy as his persona- wielding his artifact harpoon, he spears it through hulls of target vessels, using his supernatural strength to wrench them off course and ram them into his own vessel, before his crew make the jump to board.
He's a rowdy bastard who delights in the things he gets to do. His world will not end with a bang, nor a whimper, but a grinning, ragged gasp.
Priceless has white hair flecked with black streaks and green eyes, and pale skin. He usually keeps his hair in a high ponytail. Sharp canines, at least one of his teeth ought to be gold. His weapon is a harpoon, if you draw it, go crazy!

I read /staynight a couple years ago, and it's really changed my life and my creative direction since- from the earliest bits of the Fate route, I really couldn't shake the transfem saber read- and given so much of her canonical gender issues, it really feels canon.
