San was doing his best to follow along, still smiling even as he closed his eyes for a few moments at a time here and there; the alcohol made him feel warm and rather sleepy. He adjusted himself in his seat a few times as well as he drooped in his chair and tuned back into the conversation again. The times when he did chime in was a mix of Korean and English – just like his initial text to Drake, he kept forgetting to swap languages.

He would be happy to teach Drake some Korean, of course. They would probably pick it up quickly since they were surrounded by the language. It would also make it easier for them to communicate with his group mates, though everyone was studying English diligently. "Too much fun can be dangerous," Yunho replied with a smile and a soft laugh. "There are some nights that have no memories. Hangovers are worse also." They grimaced at the thought as they put a hand to their head. "We will make sure you stay sober." Jongho nodded in agreement, adding in that their commitment was inspiring.

Hyesoo & Drake - after work smothering. @songribo

Drake smiled after texting his girlfriend, he then decided to finish up work and head home so he could do exactly that, kisses and cuddling be with her, he had been working a lot, so has she since the due date of their baby was coming up and quickly. So Drake worked way more than usual just so he wouldn’t feel as guilty not being at work while he was home with Hyesoo. Heading home in his SUV he pulled into the drive way and exited walking inside the home they had made together the past few months. “Hubby I’m home.” He called out with a grin on his lips bending down to take off his work boots and walked inside their home placing his backpack down by the kitchen counter. “How was your day eh? How are you feeling?” He asked as he opened the fridge and looked in reaching for a cold water.

Drake had always been loving and attentive, but became even more so as the pregnancy progressed. Hyesoo was beyond grateful for him. Even if she felt guilty at times for him coming home after work just to look after her. That being said, he'd never complained or acted like he'd rather be doing anything else. She truly was lucky to have him in her life; it only made her more confident that he was going to be the perfect father for their daughter.

"I'm better now that you're home," she replied with a wide smile, returning the kiss he greeted her with. "I'd be sad if you didn't miss me." Her deep brown eyes looked up at him lovingly, head resting on his shoulder. "I managed to get the changing table half put together – I wish I could have finished it, but it just wasn't happening. Thankfully we did the painting already, at least." She chuckled softly, glad that he was so understanding. "I'm glad your day wasn't too bad. That actually sounds lovely, let's do it. I've eaten already, but pretzels and ice cream sound good."
