Ab Workout - You’re The One That I Want from Grease
This is a workout that can be done anywhere... even in bed. I know that everyone (including my self) can get those urges to work out in the middle of the night. So here’s a quick ab workout that can be done in less than 3 minutes and only requires 3 moves!
For The You’re The One That I Want Workout....
1) Cruches when nobody/both are singing (Don’t be afraid to vary the type to crunches you do! You can do them with your legs straight up, or in table top, or normally it’s all up to you. Just don’t do bicycle crunches because...)
2) Bicycle Cruches when Danny is singing
3) V-Ups when Sandy is singing (I know there’s that spot in the middle where the both switch singing very fast. Just try to stick to the music the best you can.)
One final rule.... no breaks! You can do this! I believe in you! Push through it!
