Where there any potential fic ideas that you had for this AU and why did you stop making them?

fic ideas! i had plenty more, yeah. 

the next one i planned on posting was one where rouge and zeena had to work together on a science project in dr. eggman's class, and they slowly.. became friends, then something more. my main goal here was to introduce the zeti (as a family) officially.

another one was a new fic to start the series featuring just team sonic; i pictured it being set before the school year. just sonic, tails, and knuckles chatting and goofing around.

then there was one pretty hefty getting together fic i had for storm/rotor, taking place after my first sonjet fic. storm's the most forgotten out of the babylon rogues trio, so i wanted to give him some love. i also had a scourgiona fic where scourge was trying to quit his delinquent ways at the behest of principal breezie. it doesn't last, lol. and yet another fic with team sonic fooling around, this time with amy in tow, and them all preparing for a tough test in dr. eggman's class.

there were two ideas that i hadn't puffed up into full fics. one i was really excited for, a fic with mina, vector, and manic's band. specifically where they play a gig and sonic has to play with them. the other was a fic involving the chaotix, the school's news crew. didn't really get further than that, haha.

notice, a lot of these were just filler works to flesh out the universe some and give the characters that were less main some spotlight. the next "main" work i planned was a knuxails fic where knuckles' distant cousin tikal comes to visit, and how that helps his relationship with his dad improve.

fatigue is the main reason why i had to let this series go. took a lot out of me to work on them, especially when my writing skills were improving, and i had to fight the urge to want to delete older fics. the worst thing about starting a series is seeing your own progress, seeing that the first works aren't up to standards with yr new writing. or at least, that's how my anxiety-riddled brain works. idk.
