Sonic OC Zine - Submission Guidelines

Send in your original Sonic the Hedgehog original characters! The first little zine was a great success at the shows we took it to. Now we want to make it bigger and better.

• The book will be printed at half letter size (5.5″w by 8.5″h) with about an extra 1/4″ each for trim & bleed.

Here’s a handy Photoshop template for everybody that wants it! • Minimum image quality of 300dpi is great. But anything over 600dpi is too high. • Feel free to submit in colour. But keep in mind this thing will most likely be in black and white to save on printing costs.

• Things to include along with your submission: Your name for crediting, a URL to link back to or even just a twitter handle or something.

• All work should be submitted digitally to [email protected] • The deadline for submissions is February 1st 2017.

• All work included in the printed zine and the Tumblr will be fully credited and linked. • By submitting to Sonic OC Zine (Do Not Steal), you are allowing us the right to print your submission in the zine, and to post it on Tumblr. All contributors included in the physical zine will receive one hard copy, and every contributor will receive a print-quality PDF. • Thanks for taking the time to check out Sonic OC Zine (Do Not Steal)!
