Some people have been doing this their whole lives
Iโve had the privilege of meeting some truly fascinating people on this app. One person told me theyโve been having out of body experiences since they were little. They said:
โYes , honestly... there's not much because at that time, I didn't know that vibrations were a sign of OBE. Every night... I felt the vibrations and tried to stop them each time. Sometimes in the evening... I would wake up and strangely, I would feel "the other way around the bed" .I mean... I would wake up at night and literally feel like the opposite of bed. I thought at the time that I was hallucinating or something. Since I was little, I've had lucid dreams. But I could never fully control them.โ
Another said theyโve been able to shift since childhood, before they even knew what they were doing. This is what they shared:
โi didn't do anything special, when i was younger i've had quite some experiences where i unintentionally shifted to escape from life (one of the earliest experiences being me in an endless garden w my grandma, it didn't feel like a dream at all but i couldn't explain it to anyone. about 10 years later, i came to know about shifting and that it was a legit thing, it made me feel validated about my own experiences) so i never had the problem of lack of belief, i knew if i had done all that when i didnt even know it i could do it now. i did what i used to do as a child, just fall "asleep" to my dream scenario. its nothing complex, i just imagine a scenario. im good at feeling and imagining stuff (i literally zone out so many times bc of how vivid my imagination is ๐ญ๐ญ) i never wrote down or anything, i'd keep on building my dr in my mind. being intentional makes it a lot easier. i just decide im gonna shift, and its like picking where i have to go. i CHOOSE i'll be shifting to whereever i wish (not just literal places but to realities where i can experience whatever i want to feel).โ
They can shift with a simple visualisation. All they have to do is decide. A few weeks ago, they shifted to another reality. No method, no specific plan, they just imagined feeling loved for a moment, and suddenly, they were there and they met their dream partner.
Hearing that made me pause. There really are people whoโve been doing these things their whole lives without struggle. To them itโs natural. And I thoughtโฆ
What if that could be true for other people too?
With the law of assumption, whatever you accept as true becomes true. So what if instead of trying to learn, you just decided that youโve always known how? That youโve been shifting, lucid dreaming, and being aware of pure consciousness since you were little. It just felt so natural that you didnโt even notice.
Whenever you think about your desired reality, lucid dreaming, or the void, try seeing it as something familiar like,
Yeah, Iโve been doing this my whole life. Itโs easy for me.
I donโt have to try. I just fall asleep and it happens naturally.
Youโre being the version of yourself whoโs always known you could do it.
When you assume youโve always been able to do something, it becomes a part of who you are. it stops feeling like youโre struggling to reach or achieve something. Thereโs no wondering if youโre doing it right because how could you question something thatโs always come naturally to you?
Your mind starts to treat it as second nature. itโs not a goal anymore, itโs just part of who you are now. And once something becomes part of your identity, your reality automatically begins to reflect it. You stop chasing the experience and instead start living from it.
Maybe itโs never been about learning how to do it. Itโs about realising that youโve always been able to.
........
Iโm so grateful to these beautiful souls for sharing their stories with me and for giving me permission to include them here. It means a lot when people open up about experiences that most would never believe or even understand. Their stories reminded me that the extraordinary can be simple.
If any of you reading this have stories like these, Iโd love to hear them too. You can message me or send an ask. Thank you for reading ๐
You Are Pure Awareness
Yesterday, while reading about non-dualism, I had the final click that completed my journey with the Law of Assumption and shifting. It was the understanding that my past self, two years ago, had been desperately searching for.
Back then, I was trapped in an endless loop: affirming, seeking validation in the physical world, feeling discouraged when nothing changed, searching for new information, and starting all over again. A cycle born from not truly understanding who I was.
Hereโs the truth I wish I had heard then.
You are only awareness.
Read that again.
You are only awareness.
Right now, youโre aware of these words, but a moment ago, you were aware of something else. That awareness never changes, only what youโre aware of does.
Close your eyes and think of your favorite dish. Now youโre aware of that. But think about it. When you see your favorite dish in the physical world, is it more real than the one you just imagined? No. Both experiences happen within your awareness. The difference lies only in perception, not in the reality of the experience.
When you close your eyes and imagine yourself in your desired reality, no matter which method you use, itโs done. Youโre not being delusional. That scene you just saw is real because it happened in the only reality that exists, your awareness.
And what is real within must reflect without, unless you assume thereโs a delay. If you believe in delay, you create it.
You donโt need to repeat thousands of affirmations or listen to hundreds of subliminals. You only need to know. Know that what you want, youโve already experienced. Know that itโs yours because it already is. Nothing is separate from you. You are not limited by your five senses.
loa and shifting are not jobs. They are freedom. They are lightness. When you feel free, when you feel good, thatโs when you are truly yourself, pure awareness choosing what to observe, and therefore, what to become.
๐ฝhings ๐ฒ wish i knew before ๐ฒ ๐ผhifted (as a girl who shifts on command)
as a girl whoโs shifted so many times she learned how to do it on command, i can say with confidence that thereโs many things i wish i was told beforehand that neither shifttok or shiftblr talk about (warning, itโs a lot).
๐ormalize the act of shifting
Fun fact, you shift all the time:)))
Itโs happening constantly in everyday life. Every decision you make, every thought you act on, or decide not to act on creates a slightly different path. Every small choice produces divergence.
Letโs say that youโre choosing whether to stay home or go to your friendโs house. In one reality, you stayed home. In another, you went out. Each outcome is real, valid, and exists somewhere in the web of possibilities. That tiny decision already created a shift. Multiply that by every choice you make each day, and youโre shifting continuously without even realizing it.
shifting is natural. Itโs part of the way reality responds to conscious thought and action. Itโs not something rare, mystical, or difficult, itโs something you do every moment.
โSo why do I never shift to my desired reality?โ
Often, the way people talk about shifting actually makes it feel unnatural. Glorifying your dream reality, treating it as something hard to reach or special, or seeing it as unfamiliar or impossible can unintentionally un-normalize the process. If shifting is constantly framed as something extraordinary, it can create resistance in your mind. It starts to feel like an effortful, rare event rather than a natural, ongoing process.
Your desired reality already exists. Shifting to it isnโt about pushing through a barrier, itโs about aligning your thoughts, choices, and intentions with it consistently, the same way you naturally create other minor shifts every day.
The everyday choices you make, like deciding to go to your friendโs house, taking a different route to school, or choosing what to eat, illustrate that reality is flexible. Those small possibilities are real, and measurable. The same principle applies to shifting intentionally, itโs just a matter of using the same awareness and intention you already use naturally, but directing it toward the reality you want to experience.
So How do I approach shifting naturally?
Recognize itโs already happening. Shifting isnโt a rare skill, itโs a normal part of decision making and conscious focus. Every thought, action, and choice contributes.
Normalize your desired reality. Instead of framing it as hard to reach or special, see it as another natural possibility, like choosing to go out or stay home.
Use intention like you already use choice. Just as you consciously choose small everyday actions, you can consciously direct your focus and attention toward outcomes you desires.
you shift all the time. The mundane choices in your daily life, like deciding where to go, who to spend time with, or what to do, are proof of that. Your desired reality is no different. Itโs not a rare or unnatural achievement. Itโs another branch in the web of possibilities youโre already navigating.
By normalizing the act of shifting, you remove unnecessary pressure, align with the process naturally, and allow your desired reality to manifest just as seamlessly as the small, everyday shifts you already experience.
May you serve n eat in every reality, xx
DESIRED REALITY TRAUMA ( and how it works )
dr trauma post 2.0 letโs goooo,, as usual i will be giving my usual disclaimer that i am not condoning anyone to script in trauma, and i am not intending to invalidate anyoneโs experiences. this post is simply my thoughts on how the brain comprehends trauma in other realities, based on my own experiences, to hopefully give a wider understanding of the affect of traumatic experiences in other realities.
first things first. what evenย isย dr trauma?
in simple terms,ย desired reality trauma (aka.ย that weird emotional baggage) is exactly what it sounds like: trauma you go through while youโre in another reality. if something awful, heartbreaking, or life-changing happens over there, you donโt just shrug it off because it โwasn't real.โ you feel it. you react to it. you live through it. and unfortunately, your brain inย thatย reality treats it just like any other trauma.
now, i can already hear the question bubbling up:ย โokay vi, but how does this mess me up in my current reality? do i need therapy in two dimensions now?โ
short answer : not exactly. long answer : buckle up.
first of all, you have to know how desired reality traumaย actually works. so let me explain it as best as i can in the least confusing, crazy-sounding, way possible:
when you experience trauma in your dr, the brain that exists in that reality (let's call it your โdr brainโ) processes it. that brain takes the hit, builds the scar tissue, and files it away in its little memory cabinet. but your cr brain (the one youโre using to read this right now) didnโt actually go through the event. so, neurologically speaking, thereโs no direct imprint of that trauma here. your cr brain isnโt carrying the same weight that your dr brain did.
so technically, youโre not dragging all of that raw, unfiltered trauma into your cr. itโs not like breaking your leg in your dr and then coming back here with a cast (as much as year 3 me who thought breaking a bone was cool would love that) (iโm still upset that my childhood crush signed another girl's cast).
BUT! hereโs where it gets messy: yourย subconscious.
your subconscious hasnโt read the fine print ofย โthis happened in that reality, not this one.โย so, to your subconscious, an intense emotional memory is just... an intense emotional memory. end of story. thatโs why people often remember their drs so vividly,, like, โi know this didnโt happenย here, but my brain swears it did.โ itโs kind of like how you wake up from (dare i say) a dream where your best friend betrayed you, and suddenly youโre side-eyeing them at breakfast even though they only sent you a tiktok at 3am.
and no, i amย notย saying shifting is the same as dreaming. theyโre not twins. not even cousins. but the way your subconscious deals with the memories can beย similar.
so what does this mean for you in this cr?
it means you can end up feelingย emotional dissonanceย : carrying around grief, fear, love, or attachment for people and events that technically never happenedย here. maybe you still ache over a loss from your dr, or maybe youโre hopelessly in love with your dr soulmate even though, in this reality, they donโt exist/you donโt know them (tragic, i know).
these emotions feel 100% real because theyย areย real - theyโre real toย you. but your cr brain hasnโt stored them the same way it would if youโd gone through them here. they donโt dig into your nervous system, reshape your stress response, or leave the same neurological fingerprints. itโs more like carrying a photo album of memories that still make you laugh, cry, or scream into your pillow, even though those pictures were taken in another universe. in other words, it is not trauma in your current reality.
so yes, dr trauma is real,, real enough to hurt, real enough to influence your thoughts and emotions, real enough to make you miss your dr partner like youโve just gone through a breakup. but it doesnโt hit your cr brain with the same force as it does your dr brain. think of it like emotional contraband smuggled through realities: youโve got it in your suitcase, but it doesnโt quite function the same way once youโre back home.
May I ask - I so understand and resonate with all is awareness. Iโve experienced that stillness where nothing lacks. I just wanted to ask then, the difference of being aware of a reality v observing it. For example you said u may be aware u failed a test in a reality, but youโre not observing that reality. So then, what is observing? What do u mean by that? I would love to know your explanation of it! Itโd be very helpful ๐
Being aware of a reality = Noticing and acknowledging it exists. You know itโs there, you know itโs possible, and you recognize it, but youโre not โinteractingโ with it in a deeper sense. Kinda like how youโre aware of a reality where it could start raining in an hour, even though itโs completely sunny outside, but you think โnah, thatโll never happen because itโll stay sunny.โ
*You thinking itโll stay sunny is observing your desired outcome.
Observing a reality = when your attention and intention is actively on it, like youโre watching it unfold moment by moment in your thoughts, rationalizing how it could be possible, overall just engaging with it in your mind. Observing means your awareness is โfocusedโ there, not just passively knowing it exists.
Itโs looking at the sunny day youโre experiencing right now, and wanting it to rain. So now, not only are you aware of the reality where it starts to rain, but you begin to observe it. You visualize it starting to rain, you think about what youโd do if it started raining,, you notice how itโs not just sunnyโ but also humid. And humidity usually equals rain. ... And then it starts raining lol.

remember.. if the last stroke makes him nut it donโt mean the first stroke was useless. success is a result of continuous effort
some people seriously need to understand this concept
I say the nut is unpredictable. Sometimes itโs one stroke, sometimes itโs a dozen. The point is, if you just keep stroking, the nut is guaranteed :)

i'm going to give my two cents on race changing since i'm seeing it being brought up again. this might be a one and done since the community seems to hate when shifting arguments get repeated. fair enough, what you do in your realities is your business. still, it's valid for others, especially people of colour, to have their voices heard regarding such topics.
i've seen people say that race changing should not be an issue because we are mere vessels. different realities, different versions (as in, race, gender, sexuality, whatever) of ourselves. that's completely true โ there are infinite amounts of these versions. we could be a complete contrast to another reality's version of our self.
this is not the point that me, and many others, find fault with. i completely understand the concept of infinite personas. it is the choice of changing your race that is inheritedly problematic.
take this for an example โ i hate to say it, but there are going to be realities out there where we are terrible people. murderers, killers, who knows what. the possibilities are endless, yes. no one is shaming this idea. it is a factor we cannot control. being infinite means there are versions of ourselves that we also don't approve of (morally). however, it is shameful to choose to shift to a reality where you are this terrible person. why would you want to be a murderer? that is a reflection of your poor choices.
now, i'm not saying race changers are as bad as murderers. i am simply giving an example of something extremely dire so that you can understand this in more black and white terms. you know, since many of you white shifters can't seem to grasp the idea of race <3
race is a man-made concept. it is an extremely flawed concept because it was a white man's creation. used to segregate people around the world when that is not what humanity should stand for. because of such racial issues, people of colour have learned to make the concept of race more unifying to their community and selves. now, after centuries of colonisation and conquer, race is a part of identity. it's not simply just who we 'look'. personally โ and this is in regards to realities where i'm human โ i am not my true, desired self if i am not a south asian. my brown skin is part of me. race is not another feature of character customisation for white shifters. race is so much more than that.
you want to appreciate another culture? here's what you can do:
shift to a reality where you are adopted. you can remain yourself while also growing up and being basked in this desired culture.
shift to a reality where this country or culture has a community of yours and other races. for example โ want to experience korean culture? okay! then in that reality, korea can be a diverse country with other races also living there.
or ..... were you just looking for an excuse to look like one of us?
i don't see why you need to change your race to appreciate another country's culture. especially when white people have had no problem fitting themselves into every country's narrative time and time again in history.
reality shifting has all in all proven that we are god. we can be and do whatever the hell we want, wherever the hell we want. absolutely embrace this revelation. but do not be greedy. do not lose your humanity and morality. just because you can do anything, doesn't always mean you should. always think over if what you're doing is ethical.
even before you found out about reality shifting, free will as human beings still existed. did you ever willingly do something bad just because it was possible?
history of this reality โ namely roman and greek โ has proven that just because you are god, doesn't mean that you aren't immune to being a shitty person. not to go all comic geek on y'all, but with great power genuinely does come great responsibility. be responsible in your actions and choices.
