Hi my name is Rory (@sleepylilauroraa) and this is my body confidence story! My inbox exploded after i shared my before body, and i wanted to help everyone out. Body confidence was always something I struggled with in High school. I was a cheerleader, and even though I met my closest friends from cheerleading, I always felt like the ‘odd one out’ in the group with my bloated stomach and bulging thighs that were exposed in the uniform we all had to wear. It felt like my body was getting in the way of me having the life I wanted. Finally, I decided to take control of a problem that just seemed to be getting worse, thanks to my girl Sophie I was able to lose 16 pounds in 4 weeks because of this fruit cleanse. It felt great to go back to school and feel confident enough to go to the homecoming game in my uniform, and being able to fit in my prom dress.
