Okay so to expand upon this:

I was referring to Roxas and Xion here. In both of their stories, Sora's existence is something that is a point of strife and anguish for them. Constantly they're reminded of this person who they are born from and told they are lesser than.

Sora obviously would never do such a thing personally, but the people around Roxas and Xion used the idea of Sora as a weapon. Xion ends up accepting her fate and rejoining with Sora in a selfless act, but Roxas is extremely angry and bitter. Roxas wanted to literally hunt the poor guy down. Because in Roxas's eyes? Sora was the villain. He was told Sora was the main reason why everything bad was happening to him and his friends. Sora is the reason why the sea salt trio is angsting so hard (or atleast from the organization's POV)
