So, welcome to my blog. This is both a short introduction, and a masterpost, with links to all of the posts I am interested in people seeing. Hi, I'm SorazysC (call me "Azzy for short), and I am a nerd. I love Undertale/Deltarune, Brandon Sanderson's works, and other stuff. I use they/she/he pronouns. I have my fictional multiverse, that's called "Sorazys" (my name is the shortened version of "Sorazys Creator", as in "The Creator of Sorazys"). Have a pleasant day. Note that I tend to write long posts. I am in my teens. I have no interest in NSFW, but am okay with interacting with people that do. What I mean by this, is that if your blog has NSFW content, I am okay with you interacting with me in regards to non-NSFW stuff. I don't have a specific DNI, just a general "don't be an idiot" rule. Last post for today before I turn myself off for 8 hours

Something annoying about having wildly different parts of my personality that cannot co-exist in peace is that sometimes, I both want something and don't want it. I heavily like something and heavily dislike it (not neutral). I hope for something to happen and I wish it won't. Both, at once.

Well, I just coughed throughout writing this post, because I took my extremely-sweet medicine (it's not good in any way, it burns my throat), so I went and drank a few more cups of water. Good next-8-hours-at-max-period (I think that night is 8 hours, if it's from around 20:00 to 4:00). I shall sleep soon. You can probably see I need it.

Swearing 2

So, I sometimes use the curses "catdammit" and "holy cats". This started as me being annoyed at the fact that non-religious people said "oh my god" and such. I wanted an alternative, because I am not a religious person and I do not like religion. So, my reasoning for using cat-themed swear words, is that if atheist people can use swears that in some form involve the belief of a god, I can use swears that in some form involve the belief of a cat god. Also, it is between somewhat funny to moderately funny, and I've been told it's cute.

My phrasing in here is probably subpar, and it's because I'm tired and it's late for me. Perhaps I'll fix this sometime. Good probably-not-actually-night-for-you.

Exploiting TTRPG and LARP mechanics

So, I love having absurd levels of power in TTRPGs and LARPs. What I mean by that, is that I like making combos and such that give me an unreasonable amount of power. That doesn't mean I'll hurt others' enjoyment, though. I love the chase, and I usually don't use my full power.

Here's an example. My old character in my friend's (DMan's) TTRPG campaign was named Wits. He used telekinesis to use large amounts of guns (DMan's fictional multiverse has space stuff, magic, and high technology). Now, in the end I ended up with around 15 guns (although I could've gotten much more), but I usually only used 1-2 of them per turn (sometimes 3-4). I wanted to let the other players have fun and use their abilities against our enemies. Then, we had to fight against Phil. Phil was some guy we met at the beginning of our campaign, who was quite powerful. And at the time of this situation I'm telling you about, we were against him. So, I asked my friends if I should use my full power. They said that I should. I was the second in turn order. The player before me, RedH, did something that accidently caused Wits to temporarily become a woman during a period (it involved the Stick of Gayness, the Archfairy of Lust, and spell reflection). So that meant I had to roll with disadvantage (instead of rolling a die normally, I roll it twice and use the lower result).

After rolling for a few minutes, DMan gave up, and told me Phil died a few hundred damage points before that point (I had 21 HP). Phil is still remembered as Swiss Cheeze (I made this joke).

So this is what I mean by "Getting absurd power" and "Being a good player". And trust me, my new character will become even more powerful. I like her very much. She also has very fun role-play.

Hypothetical Demon

Something that I find sadly amusing, is that in the purely hypothetical scenario in which some kind of demon or other evil, non-existent entity entered someone's brain, it would have a moderate chance of not being effective in our current day.

So, demon, you tell me to kill people. Well, I already have other voices that tell me that, and they've been doing that for years, and they're also me. So, demon, you tell me I suck in various ways. Well, I have been trying to discover and understand every way in which I suck for a long time, and I'm quite good at it. I don't think you'll find anything which I am not already aware of that I will also be unable to reason out.

Also, I am not even depressed. I'm just in a moderately bad mental state. Depressed people? They wouldn't have the motivation to kill people, and probably wouldn't be affected too much by just another voice. [I hope I did not say something that offend anyone, as I am not extremely knowledgeable about depression, and don't have time to research for this post.]

Anyway, I think that the fact that the mental state of many people is bad is bad. Yes, this pun was on purpose. Get punned. Good-whatever-time-of-the-day-it-is-for-you, and goodbye.

Programming stuff for my TTRPG

So, I'm studying programming in school. And now I've finished the first ever program I actually made for myself, and not as a school thingy. Basically, my TTRPG players will have a bossfight while a song plays IRL. When the song ends, time loops and they start the fight from the beginning. Now, the boss has 4 different move patterns and 4 different attack patterns, and many of those have some randomness. Now, my players will need to play quite fast to win, so I can't slow them down. And since the stuff I need to do as the one controlling the boss might take some time, I've made a program that does everything for me - I just need to press 2 buttons every time to move onto the next turn.

I am happy I finally used my programming knowledge.

A newer version of the profile picture

Is this better? Should I just remove the ring of rainbow and make it completely gray? I think it looks weird when it's not a circle. but maybe it's because I'm just used to it.

New profile picture

So, I made a new profile picture. Now, it looks somewhat bad to me. Maybe it's because I'm just too used to the old profile picture. This one is SIGNIFICANTLY more lore accurate, since the old one is from the very start of Sorazys as Sorazys, back when there was barely anything more than Extimerilion. Tell me if I should use it.

Should I use it?

A short explanation about Sorazys

So, I think it's time I explain a bit about Sorazys, my fictional multiverse. Without delving too much into the juicier lore I shall reveal slowly, Sorazys includes many different existences - "existence" is a word for a dimension/world, although some existences include multiple world (Extimerilion and the Katoverse, although I barely made any lore for the Katoverse). Know that the core of Sorazys is Extimerilion, and that our world (Earth) is a very important part of Extimerilion, so I will sometimes be able to make references. And if we're talking about references, I shall note about the existence of the [Reference Blade], and of [+1 Reference Damage]. Yeah, I really need to work on that.

There are important, powerful beings that are sometimes referred to as "higher beings", but the more accurate definition of them is "splinters". There are multiple layers of reality. The time in different existences moves in different speeds, but is usually linear. There are splinters that interact weirdly with time, but that works in a very clear way if you know the ULP. If you don't, it's very confusing.

Now, the ULP. The Ultimate Lore Piece. You see, lore is a powerful thing in Sorazys, and there's one piece of lore that's more important than everything else. It's like how when you finish a story with a big plot twist at the end, and then experience this story again, suddenly all of the little pieces of mystery fit together nicely? Well, the ULP is like this, but for the entirety of Sorazys. Of course, I won't reveal the ULP for a long, long time.

Projekt Godhand???

For those unaware, Projekt Godhand is a rhythm game, with yuri.

I somehow finished it so fast (a few days ago). Like, I was not aware of the fact that barely any story came out. It looks really interesting, but I'll have to wait :( Yeah, I know that there are a lot of songs you can just play, unrelated to the story, but if I'm going to play a rhythm game, I'll just play vivid/stasis. I am somewhat sad at the immense lack of story - also, the stuff in the story just doesn't look like it will take that much time to make? Like, with the length of Chapter 1, and while re-using a lot of stuff from Chapter 1 (character sprites and such), it doesn't seem like the creation of the story parts will that that much time, compared to the rest of the game. Of course, I don't know that much about this, so me being wrong is somewhat likely, but it still feels like there's much more non-story content than story content.

Of course, I won't refund it. I'm not that kind of person (especially with indie games). But I am still sad.

Projekt Godhand

I'm starting to play this, since it's a rhythm game and it has yuri. I am a vivid/stasis player, and I was told by people in the discord to play this. I'm really at the start, though (I just passed the tutorial). If you are a player, please don't give me spoilers. I do appreciate tips about how the basic game mechanics work, though.

Why do I even try social connections

They fail every time

I start them. I try. I make myself into a likeable person.

And then I make the same old mistake. I try to show more of myself. A version of Me that is more than what I've showed them until now. And they hate me for it.

Sometimes I try to go back, to pretend it never happened. That doesn't really work. They ignore me. They hate me. Perhaps they just don't like me anymore.

It happens when I try to show them more of the less likeable me. A version of myself that is more opinionated or self-focused. A version of myself that tries to insist it's not wrong for existing. Or a version that's just "weird."

Every time.

Will I ever meet someone that truly likes Me as a whole?

Probably not.

I don't like Myself as a whole.

I wonder about death.

There was a time when I didn't care if I would die. I had nothing too important to live for. I didn't off myself out of boredom because I had no reason to. So I gave my life a goal.

No one cares about this goal. I'm not good at this. I feel like it sucks, and when I feel like it sucks, my life has no meaning again.

Currently, my life is neutral. I have positive stuff. I have negative stuff.

It's getting worse. Everything. I wonder what will happen to me when it's negative. What will happen to me if I abandon that goal. What will happen if I fail it. What will I do.

It's Cold. And the static noise doesn't stop. Sure, I'm not near machinery anymore. But it always came from inside. That feeling in my stomach... I hate it.

When I'm in a bad mood, I often turn Cold. I lose all emotions. After all, I can't feel bad if I feel nothing, right?

I am trying to cause myself to go Cold now. I am almost there. I don't care about stuff anymore. But that feeling in my stomach still isn't gone.

I wonder why nobody notices anything about my emotions.

My voice is emotionless and quiet. It's usually energetic and too loud.

My expression is Cold. Sure, it often has nothing, but it's like this only when everything sucks.

I wish I could just reset my feelings.

I don't wish I was a different, more likeable person. That wouldn't be me.

I do wish people liked me, though. But wishing isn't realistic. So I should stop that.

I hate how quickly my mood can get this shitty.

UPDATE: I'm like 95% okay now. I've watched a Technoblade video, which got me up to around 65% or 70%, and then watched Spiderman: Homecoming with my family. Good movie. I am happy I remembered Technoblade videos can lift me up from shitty mood almost always (most positive or funny things can't). Thank you, Techno. It's been 3 hours since I've made this post.

Humans aren't good livestock

I pity every fictional monster civilization that has humans as its main food source. We reproduce and grow up so horribly slowly, and we require a ton of food. Such civilization would need to raise animals and grow plants (for the humans and for the animals), in order for the humans to reproduce and live. Oh, and they'll probably try to escape all of the time. You don't want sapient livestock.

Project Hail Mary is awesome

I just finished reading it. Without spoilers, I can say it's a supremely good book. Also, I like the name "meburger". I think I'll watch the movie soon.

I guess I just got absorbed into the fandom? Although, I think I'll wait with it until I watch the movie.

The concept of patriotism

You know, the concept of patriotism is kinda funny to me. Like, what do you mean, I should personally give resources from myself to help millions or tens of millions of people I have never met and I never will?

And I could understand it if it's just "oh, I'll help other people out of the goodness of my heart". But the entire concept collapses the moment you put it in wars. So, you mean to tell me, that you should put your life or resources on the line to kill other people you've never met, just because they live in a different place than you? And the only benefit you or them will get from it is not dying by the other's hand? And that this whole war happens just because some rich bastards decided they want to take money and resources from other rich bastards, so now many people will die because of it? As I like to say, war is ordered by politicians and paid for by the common people. You are not "defending your country". You are protecting people, sure, but you do not know those people in the slightest. You are fighting against people which you only know a bit less about than what you know about the people you're protecting. I can understand wanting to protect a small town and maybe even a city, but not a country. I don't know these people. Neither my enemies or "my people". I do not understand why I should help a specific one of them. I have never met neither of them, and share not that much more with the ones I am supposed to protect. There were very few wars in history where there was one clear "villain". Most wars are for resources, that go to the rulers and people in power. And the entire concept of patriotism hangs on the fact that people won't think about it.

Well, I love questioning the rules of our society. I am tired now. I think I'll go back to reading Project Hail Mary, and then start working on the preparations for my TTRPG.
