Are We Strangers?
(...)
As his face gets closer and closer to her own Minyoung automatically closes her eyes. This kiss was something she did not expect, but she was not about to let the moment pass her by. Wrapping her arms tightly around his neck, Minyoung moved her lips against his. His lips were so soft and the kiss was so sweet that she felt dizzy from such a moment. It felt like the moment would last forever or the world would stop in that moment, but either way she did not want this moment to end. To be in the arms in the man her heart would beat in a frenzy, how could she want the moment to end?
Slowly she released her hold on his neck and ran them down the expanse of his chest. Smiling softly she released his lips and smiled at him before burying her face into his chest, “Guess we are not strangers, hu?”
Kiwoo felt Minyoung's arms around his neck and her lips against his, everything felt so right. He was finally acting on the feelings that we're responsible for having neglected his work and made the hole in his chest painful obvious. The professor had been lonely and love was something he tried so hard to avoid with his work, constantly telling himself that work would get his mind off of things that would only end up hurting him in the end.
Yet there he was with Minyoung in his arms and he hadn't been happier in what seemed like far too much time to keep track of. He had grown to care for and even love the woman in his arms who had somehow captured his undivided attention the first time he saw her in the chocolate shop that Sunday evening.
Chuckling slightly as Minyoung ran her hands down his chest Kiwoo knew this was what he wanted, he was willing to give everything and give in to his feelings entirely. Wrapping his arms around Minyoung firmly he wholeheartedly agreed with Minyoung, "We aren't strangers, and I hope we never have to be."
