yes to be that kind of person but isn't your discord status literally something like "comms and zines still delayed bc of research"? as far as i know, you have at least FOUR zines that you've started that have been on hold, delayed, or otherwise held back. WHY are you making new zines if you can't even progress with your ongoing ones??
you're unable to keep mods around because of the environment you create. this is a fact proven by celestial resonance. you've onboarded extra mods at least FIVE times as far as i can count. you literally had to PAUSE the zine during contributor applications and then come back to interest check again. hello?

do yourself a fucking favor and focus on your existing projects, because clearly, you can't handle having several at the same time without doing a bad job.
hello, thanks for the ask! 💗 as far as i know, i haven't had a status on discord for about 2-3 weeks now, but yes, that was my previous one! as for there being four zines.... ??? which ones are they 😭 i'd like to know as well??????
about celestial resonance;;; yes, there were many bumps on the road. i think the biggest bump of them all was the fact that our original graphics mod was found tracing a very big-name artist's work, even going so far as to subscribe to the patreon for "inspo". in response to the hate and confusion circulating at that time, i and the other remaining mods opted to pause applications and reevaluate the situation in the future. naturally, after that, the mods felt like the project was a roadblock and would be unsuccessful (though they were too kind to tell me on my face, perhaps), so they left, but the applicants i was planning to onboard still needed mods, no? thankfully our mod team is currently going strong! i'm very excited to work with them and our contributors <333
however, just to note, at this time, these are the current zines i have in various stages:
beyond cloudfall - creation period
celestial resonance - creation period
the blueprints to madness - delayed, but a new release date is being announced by the weekend
hesperious sands - applications/promo for volume 2 is planned
the ashes of a crown - creation period
winter oath - mod app/planning stage
i have applied to 2 other zines beyond these, but other than that, all of my other duties are going well! i opted to remove the statement because it was no longer true- i am in a better place with regards to my workload, and everything has been appropriately planned, with certain measures taken for any sudden absences!
