I remember my hand was literally shaking... and I felt like such an idiot haha.

The first time I drew Hoshina, it felt... different.

I think the first time you draw a character you really love, everything suddenly feels much more important. 💜

I kept zooming in to check every tiny detail (I was sooo obsessed), wondering if the expression looked right, if the proportions actually felt like him.

Hoshina's hair was definitely the hardest part. I swear it took me forever to figure out how his hair was supposed to flow XD ...closely followed by the Defense Force uniform...

Let's just say I wanted the uniform to do him justice. 😂

Looking back now, I still have a soft spot for this drawing.

Please tell me I wasn't the only one who got this nervous drawing their own comfort character for the first time 🫣
