Daily Reminder.
When you and best friend link up 😍😍👭❤
A few things I've learned from experience and observing others... And have proven to work wonders.
Only tell people as much as you want them to know.
Don’t feel bad for not telling people (friends, family, coworkers, lovers, etc.) business they really have no business in… it’s your business and yours only.
When someone confides in you… let them. But remember they confided in you. Not your friends, not your family, not your coworker. As far as you know just you. Let’s keep it that way. Trust is fragile, not easy in coming, yet given genuinely and is loyal.
Watch out for those who speak the business of other’s. They most likely speak highly of your business to other’s too.
Be cautious of the people in your life who show more interest in your life when you’re at your lowest. They’re feeding off your misery. They receive no form of entertainment from you when you’re flourishing, so they see no purpose in your presence.
Let people judge your life(style) and choices from the outside. And leave them there. Its where they belong. No clapback or response needed. Their position says enough.
Find peace in knowing your truth. No one knows it but God and you.
Share your joys to inspire others and rejoice in personal accomplishments, not to receive approval.
Do whatever makes your soul happy. You know exactly what that is. Just do it and feel no hesitation or regrets.
With love and peace,
Kayla
What you put out is what you get back. What you put out is what you get back. What you put out is what you get back. Being kind is not that hard. Being kind is not that hard. Being kind is not that fucking hard. Don’t be an asshole. Don’t be that asshole. And if you’re that asshole. Don’t be surprised when people treat you the way you treated them. So, please be kind.
Thank you

Mindfulness
‘Do not lose yourself in the past.
Do not lose yourself in the future.
Do not get caught in your anger, worries or fears.
Come back to the present moment and touch life deeply.
This is mindfulness.’

The next time someone (white people and ignorant black people alike) tell you that the Black Panthers were a terrorist group/hate group, kindly ask them if the KKK ever did any of this. As long as YOU know what the panthers stood for and represented, that’s all that matters.
