@soulweaver-x
quit your job. join my rat king.
Whoever decided that the "I want to make a webtoon but feel like I can't draw" combo should exist, I hate you.
Whoever you are own up to it.
I just want to talk, I swear.
Who's your favorite character you've written and why?
Conversely, who is your least favorite and why
Oooh this is a good one.
I'd say my favourite is Kamari, the protagonist of Soulweaver. I first thought of her and the concept of Soulweaver about 10 years ago when I was a teen. Since then both the story and characters have changed throughout the years. But being my first creation, Kamari has grown up with me and at this point is much more like an old friend whose story I want to tell rather than a means for moving a plot along.
My least favourite I would say is Tulo. From purely a writing perspective, because I love her character almost as much as Kamari. There are so many layers and complexities to Tulo and her relationships with other characters. She is an incredibly hard character to write, but I think all the best ones are.
do you boop your paw at us, sir?
i do boop my paw, sir
do you boop your paw at us, sir?
is the law of our side if i say aye?
no, sir, i do not boop my paw at you sir; but i boop my paw, sir
no, sir, i do not
boop my paw at you sir; but
i boop my paw, sir
Beep boop! I look for accidental haiku posts. Sometimes I mess up.
✨️Forever cursed to fall for fictional characters✨️
Good description! Say it louder for the idiots in the back!
Reblog if it's okay to befriend you, ask questions, ask for advice, rant, vent, let something off your chest, or just have a nice chat.
please, please and please.
Just create the thing you want to create. Because who's going to stop you? Oh, it's you yourself? Well you can't let that bastard win, can you?
I saw a very blunt Instagram comment today that told a writer, "AI is going to steal your job soon. You may want to choose something else." It was so nonchalant and casual, like what was just said wasn't heartbreaking to hear.
Can we writers just make a pact just to... not quit? Can we not give in so easily? Can we actually fight to keep our professions and continue to share our own original work? I will never expect writing to be my main source of income, but that does not mean I'm so willing to give it up for the sake of some robot.

is this relatable for anyone else…
So this is a random thought and probably no one cares, but I've changed my default font to courier for all my writing projects and I've set the background to lightly worn parchment and, you know what, I've been writing more and I feel more motivated.
I suppose that removing the sterilization of the computer allows me to write more freely, without feeling guilty that I cant write pen and paper without hurting my wrist.
Or maybe it's just
